We frequent this hotel on a regular basis, pending their pricing. The rooms are clean, and acceptable in size, with good free in room WiFi access. They do have an onsen - best time to make use of this facility is as it opens for the day, and 45 minutes prior to closing - less crowded. For a Japanese Hotel,... More

They have a free shuttle bus service from Narita airport to the hotel and back. Room are big and clean enough and the onsen is a great plus if you want to relax after a flight or before leaving Japan. There is not much around, but they have a good restaurant and a convenient store inside the hotel, in case... More

Narita View Hotel Just a 20 minute jaunt by free shuttle from the Narita airport 2nd Terminal. My husband and I took a dbl room with twin beds which were clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff is very friendly. An absolutely perfect and inexpensive hotel for a day room. We paid $5,500 - $55.00 yen $ 55.00 USA for a 6... More

Stayed overnight for a flight transfer.. yes the Narita View Hotel is dated and maybe a little tired, however, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, and for the price, its excellent value. Doesn't seem to be too much local amenities but was perfect for an overnight sleepover. Restaurant was okay too. Place was clean and tidy.

I only stayed one night and had a pleasant stay It was a little aged, but very well maintained. The room was a little aged, but very well maintained and very god value. My rate included unlimited onsen entries, I really enjoyed it. The only down side was female cleaners came into the bath area that was very uncomfortable where... More

Been there on business due to proximity to my work. The hotel is value for money, very old but very cheap too. Room is one of the oldest I have seen, with old push buttons and clock built-in bed head. Bathroom is very cramped. TV choice is basic but there is CNN at least, wifi was decent. There is a... More

This is a modern hotel with a real traditional Japanese style hot spring (Onsen). There are three types of hot springs and two of them are out door. You have to pay extra for hot spring but you can come back within the same evening and the next morning. Massage is very good. There are rest areas in Japanese style... More

I have been staying in this hotel for a long time and very satified every time. Friendly and helpful staff, good restaurants. Very big room by Japanese standard. Close to airport and Narita town. Nice surrounding, especially when your room is in the Garden wing.
