We had a 16 hour layover at Narita and chose this hotel. We were glad we did. We had an excellent room with no airport noise. Breakfast and airport transportation were included. We also ate dinner in their restaurant. The meals were both very good. Our bill was very reasonable. From the airport terminal we went outside and easily found... More

The hotel was nice for solo or couple travels but not so comfortable for family travel because the room is not that big compared to most average hotels. If you are travelling with a family, you can atleasr stay about a night or two because you can not find this really big. This hotel is meant for temporary stays. Like... More

Great if you like dilapidated buildings, rooms with actual keys, antique light switches and printed signs featuring Screen Beans characters, revealing the last update to have been over a decade ago. The place is perfect for an overnight stay prior to departure from Japan. The room has plenty of power outlets to charge your gadgets for a long haul flight,... More

After finding the correct hotel shuttle bus stop in front of the Terminal which arrived at exactly the posted time, we were dropped off in front of the Hotel in a couple minutes. Registration was speedy and courteous. For the reasonable price, this no frills hotel is perfect. Room is decent size and clean, wi fi worked well and everything... More

The best what can be said about this hotel is that it is close to the airport and that the sound insulation of the windows is great. You will sleep well. You take the shuttle bus from #32 bus stop in front of Terminal 2 (second curb after exiting) and you are there in 5 minutes (The shuttle also stops... More

The room smells so disgusting. The front desk stuffs are so hypocritical. I paid for the earliest shuttle bus ¥1000 at my check in time but at the check out time, we told them is that ok to be 10min later they said yes, that's totally fine but the shuttle bus gone!!! I had 6 suitcases and they did not... More

This was the last hotel on our Japan trip (not surprising as it's at the airport). There is a restaurant available and it is open until 10pm. We did have some confusion as others did, we also thought it closed at 9pm. The rooms were fairly large, but were surprised by the metal doors. There were vending machines as the... More

I'm staying the night at the Narita Airport Rest House before flying back to London tomorrow. The check-in staff are very welcoming and friendly. I have a room on the eighth floor. But it smells very bad, even with the bathroom door closed. It's cold, even with the air conditioning turned off. I wouldn't recommend sleeping here.

We had a long day and then a train trip to Tokyo Narita Airport as we had a flight the next morning. The Narita Airport Rest House was good value for an airport at $115AUD a night. We arrived hungry and tired at 8.55pm - the sign said the restaurant closed at 9pm, so we rushed in and ordered a... More

Airport hotels are frequently over priced and mediocre quality. This one was a very pleasant surprise -- excellent value, very close to the terminals (almost walking distance, but there is a dedicated frequent shuttle), the food was really good and -- best of all -- the WIFI was excellent. Hotel WIFI is frequently OK for text messages, but not good... More
