Missed connection to Vietnam and United gave us vouchers for the Hotel Nikko in Narita. We were pleasantly surprised at how quickly the staff at this hotel got all the stranded passengers into rooms. The room was very nice, large and clean....with our favoritie...a heated toilet. The rooftop bar had a beautiful view of the planes coming and going from... More

This was my second stay at this hotel. It’s about a ten-minute free shuttle bus ride from the airport terminals. The shuttles run three times an hour for most of the day (see schedule on website; be sure to also note which bus stop it stops at – this varies depending on whether you arrive at terminal 1, 2 or... We usually stay here for our last night in Tokyo to avoid travel stress to the airport. For one night it's more then adequate. Rooms are small (comparable to rest of the hotels in Tokyo). If you can choose a room, pick one in the new wing. For a longer stay it's probably better to find a hotel in Tokyo... More

We missed our plane and chose to stay here overnight. It cost about $110 AUS pn. It took about 15minutes to get there, but only 7 minutes to get back to the airport early in the morning. It a very big older hotel, but the rooms are large for Japan. Its clean and the amenities are good. We had a... More

First the hotel is very unfriendly. Three (3) bellmen watched my wife and I unload six (6) pieces of luggage from their bus with no offer of assistance. The toilet tissue is so thin you can read a newspaper through it if you double the thickness. The wash cloths and face towels are like sandpaper and pretty thin. The bed... More

I left on a flight from Chicago to Tokyo when enroute the plane developed a fuel leak? The flight returned to San Francisco and 7 hours later we all boarded a new plane for Tokyo. When we landed at 11 pm over 200 of us had missed our connecting flights. Staff gave us new tickets for the next day then... More

We travel so much with and without kids this is first hotel that charged us extra for a baby crib/cot. We've requested a baby frib/cot via email and they never informed us that'd be extra charge. We pulled up in front of the hotel around 10:30pm with a baby, four luggage and a stroller no one came out help us,... More

This is a big hotel and not with a personal touch. I was placed at this hotel by United airlines after having had 4 cancelled flights because of a Typhoon in Guam. The rooms are small and basically only a bed, small desk, tv and one of those bathrooms that comes in one plastic module. All amenities and hairdryer, good... More

Stayed at the Narita Nikko for a stopover before we headed over to Hakuba. Great spacious rooms with everything you need, quite a few restaurants to choose from within the hotel to eat which is fantastic because you don't need to leave the hotel and the hotel itself is quite far from town anyway. The rooms could do with a... More

Hotel is clean and reasonably modern. The bathroom is bright and in good working order. We ate at the sushi bar - originally a little stodgy looking, I predicted mediocre sushi. Wrong, it was fresh and fantastic, exactingly prepared. We were hoping for a sento but there is none onsite. The concierge offered a free shuttle bus to a nearby... More
