What a delightful surprise for all fellow passengers when I transfer bus pulled up outside this beautiful hotel, owned by Japan Airlines! I was expecting just a fairly basic hotel for a free stopover hotel as part of my flight package en route to London. What I got was a 5 star hotel in my opinion. Trouble free check in,... more

Stayed one night as a stopover on a long haul flight. Excellent service - free shuttle from/to airport. Free shuttle into and from city centre. Rooms very big and clean. Food also quite reasonable. The only doanside is that all TV channels but 1 were in Japanese only. more

This was our second stay at this hotel, both on Jal paid stop overs on the way to Europe from Australia. Previously we had also stayed at Holiday Inn Narita 3 times, the Nikko Narita Winds once and the Mercure Narita once. As JAL paid for the stop over we had no choice, but it wold be hard to fault... more

We were scheduled to arrive at Narita (from Australia) at 8pm; because we were travelling with a three-year old, we decided to stay the first night near the airport instead of pushing on and making the hour-long train trip into Tokyo. This was a very good decision: by the time we were through customs and out of the airport, my... more

I did not choose this hotel it was included in my itinerary for the JAL flight. If i ever return to Narita then I will stay there again by choice! It is a short shuttle bus ride away from the Narita airport. The hotel is clean and spacious. Reception staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient. We stayed on the 6th... more

It's a very nice and clean hotel. We arrived in a stormy day so a bit worried about the flight next morning. But the atmosphere in the hotel calmed us down. The check-in counter staff are very professional and attentive to your request. So it was very fast and I was in my room. 10th floor I remember. The window... more

Stayed 3 days on the way to Europe so could catch up with Japanese friends, who came to us at the hotel. Positives – very efficient staff, all spoke enough English to help with any question I asked; double room had lounge chair seating and air-con temperature control; food was consistently good enough; free and reliable broadband internet access; free... more

It was a stopover. I was advised in the morning to go visit the Japanese Temple since my connecting flight is late in the evening. Took their advise and it was the best 3 hours I had spent! more

This is a good quality international-style airport hotel which serves as a stopover for people transiting through Narita Airport. I found it very comfortable with a pleasant garden, good restaurants (although a bit pricey), excellent English-speaking staff and good shuttle services. A bonus is the shuttle into Narita Town Centre, from where you can comfortably walk to Naritasan Buddhist Temple... more
