This hotel is not up to Hilton's global standards. I stay at Hiltons in every part of the world, including Osaka and Tokyo, and this one is well below the standard. 1) The room: It has the feel of an older 1990s Japanese business hotel. The bathroom is sparse and the furniture is well out of date. 2) The lobby... More

The rooms as noted by others are good and what you should expect from a Hiton Hotel. The gym for me was very good with very good equipment and a large space to workout - one of the best hotel gyms! On the downside, other hotels offer free internet and breakfast. The hotel has to keep up with the times.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel to the time we checked out we had nothing but good experience. The beds are comfortable and provide a good rest. The only thing that we found lacking was choice in food for vegetarians. We can understand the food culture in Japan so we do not have any complaints. If possible if... More

Great hotel for short stay. It provides shuttle bus to airport and Narita City, only 10 minutes away. Naritasan Shinshoji Temple is one you cannot miss to see and the street leading to temple is famous for unagi eel products. You can also get direct bus from hotel to Tokyo Central and back for 1000 yen each way. Trip takes... More

No complaints on this hotel, clean rooms, comfortable bed, great toilet! Had the points and cash payment option which was very convenient for me. The breakfast is very good with something for everyone. The pool, steam room, sauna and gym are all very nice. Prompt bus service to town (Narita) and to the airport is included.

We arrived early evening into Narita and departed the next morning, so the Hilton was our obvious choice for our quick layover. The free shuttle bus is a fast & efficient (and probably the easiest way) of reaching the hotel and like everything in Japan runs on time! Check in was quick and our deluxe room on the 12th floor... This is a beautiful hotel I must admit. The counter staff are very nice. The shuttle is prompt. Just know that free WIFI is only available in common areas; room WIFI is NOT free. ALSO, it cost about 1600 YEN to use the swimming pool! AND breakfast is about $25-$35 for the buffet. Even though it's very nice, I will... More

Standard rooms and facilities were to expected Hilton standards, however, all staff appeared detached and disinterested and went about their jobs like robots and it seemed to be the entire staff from door, front desk, restaurant, etc,, It was more than language or culture as we found Japan very polite and welcoming on the whole if we made an effort to be warm... Hilton Tokyo Narita Airport Hotel - Nice hotel with large rooms. English speaking staff helpful. Efficient shuttle service -- about 15 minutes by hotel shuttle. The hotel charges 1750-yen for internet usage in the room but has free WI-FI in the lobby.
