The room reminded me of a prison. Plain white walls and nothing else. Only the dreadful BBC world news station on a loop for English speakers. No room service but surprisingly you can order a massage?????. Bed hard. Bathroom small. Housekeepers chatter and bang around without any care that this is a transit hotel for weary travellers. You can hear... More

It was a nice and pleasant stay as we went to cheer on company basketball event. Nice, clean and tiny. There is a small souvenior shop, internet access lounge - located behind the reception. The buffet breakfast restaurant - Avanti has cosy design, with window and balcony seating also, in good season, I imagine. Selection of JP and western are... More

Stayed here for a few nights while visiting Tokyo. Good value for money compared to hotels downtown. Trip downtown will cost approx £15 / 20 and 30 / 40 minute journey by train from the airport. The hotel will charge an extra 700 yen per hour for an earlier check in or late check out. Shuttle bus is free from... More

Stayed one night at this hotel before a morning flight from Narita. The hotel is quite large and the rooms are as well, although they are soulless. The room furniture did not seem to fit the room, as there was quite a bit of unused space, and some of the room furniture seemed really out of place. In any case,... More

As the hotels in Tokyo are very expensive and and the flights to get there are often long, one of the best tips i received was to stay in Narita for the first night. International Garden Hotel was wonderful, rooms were very clean and with nice amenities (as a quimono!), the breakfast was delicious and with lot of options, the... More

We stayed here prior to flying out and stayed for 1 night. Great location with a convenience store just out the front. Aswell as a shop in the complex (souvenirs, drinks, snacks) Italian restaurant downstairs was great .. A bit pricey on drinks but is ok very friendly staff throughout the hotel. Hot spa on rooftop which is great. And... More

I overnighted here, waiting for a flight next morning. The price was extremely good value. The shuttle arrived at the airport on time and took about 45 minutes to get to hotel. My room was big for a Japanese hotel, but completely sterile. No pictures or identifying features. Even the window (overlooking an industrial plant) was screened off. Still the... More

For a one night stopover ready for an early flight out of Narita, this will take a bit of beating on value. There are no frills (except a karaoke room!), but the bedroom we had was a very good size. Even the bed was comfortable. No heated toilet seat, though! The dining room is more like a canteen, but the... More
