Though dated, the hotel is quite nice for the price, simply be prepared for the extra charges. Many common services which are free in most hotels must be paid for. Want wi-fi in your room? ¥1100 a day. Do you have a baby? Another ¥1100 a day. Wanna check in before 3pm, even though you asked to check in early?... More

Stayed here overnight get when I arrived in Japan. Quite disappointed in the room: grubby-looking upholstery, cigarette smell permeating hallways and room (I had asked for non-smoking) and is in a relatively remote area with nothing much around. You'd do better staying closer to the train stations in Narita - town. This hotel was disappointing and cost me more than the... More

Reasonably priced airport hotel for one night's stay. Room is small, but clean and moderately comfortable. There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms and you have to go to the lobby which has a large area with seats for those wanting internet access which is free. It gets crowded though and finding a seat can be a challenge at certain... More

This my second stay here. Managed to get a twin room online. Had two single beds. Checking in was a breeze. Great that staff remembered my request for children's yukata. Thanks! Hotel had replied to my request earlier that it depends on availability. My children absolutely enjoyed wearing them. Room is considered spacious in japan context.

Wish they have nicer tv channels. Everything is in Japanese. Location is good. Short walk to restaurants nearby. Not too far from Narita village. The key card has your room no on it. So not a good idea if you drop it outside. You might come back to your room and find all your belongings gone.

In need of a face lift, this hotel has very comfortable beds but the rooms are a bit drab, the chairs in the room are uncomfortable and the only english TV channel is BBC news, the village and the Aeon mall are close by so plenty of food option there. There is a funny smell in the common area of... More

We got the room at 9500 yen and it included breakfast for two by booking it through the Information Desk at Narita airport. We took a shuttle that went to the Airport Hilton and the Gateway Hotel before dropping us off at the Garden Hotel. It is situated in the middle of a rice field which makes it have a... More
