I am a strict vegetarian. The hotel restaurant offered a supper buffet to 3500 yen, advertising all the alcohol available and selections for find meats. I don't drink either. We had a 16hr transit in Narita and found the reviews on trip advisor really usefull. The rate was fantastic for Japan and an airport hotel of this class. Stayed here bacause my Air Canada flight was canceled and they put me in this hotel for the night. It was super dirty, I smelled cigarette smoke in the non-smoking floor and the food at the restaurant was terrible. The only thing that was good about this place was that it was super close to the airport. more

We were bumped from a Flt back to the USA. We decided to stay at the Garden Hotel which is less expensive than the Hilton Hotel. The Garden Hotel is beautiful and staff very friendly and helpful, definetly 4star hotel. more

I just had a stay at the Garden Hotel Narita. Free shuttle bus to and from the Airport was very convienent. Location is OK, but not great.
