The hotel is near to the airport with free shuttle provided. Rooms are neat and tidy but the interiors are a bit shabby. Usual facilities of Toyoko Inn, good. This would be a perfect place to stay in case you need to reach Narita airport fast or don't bother to get into the city.

In 30 years of visits, this was the worst Japanese hotel room we've ever stayed in, perhaps even the worst in the world. Al Nippon Airway (ANA) provided us this complimentary overnight after one of their flights we were on was delayed and we missed our Tokyo Narita connecting flight. The ANA service rep made the arrangements and handed us... More

hotel with big rooms (a special in Japan). There is a room for wheelchair-people. Breakfast is included. There is some simple food for diner. Included in the price is transport from and to the airport by bus. On the website of the hotel, you can find the schedule. Only for overnight near the airport.

This is a conveniently located hotel near the airport that offers a free shuttle service back and forth from the hotel. This is excellent point, since the only business close to the hotel is a 7/11 store, but you can get whatever you need at the airport. The room was clean and of good size. The hotel offers an included... More

I chose to stay our first night in Japan near the airport as our flight arrived late, and as a female traveller with a child I didn't want to be negotiating public transport into Tokyo late at night. I would have been safer to do so. We arrived at the hotel with a booked room only to find that the... More

We stayed in this hotel for our final night in Japan, we didn't want to have to navigate the Tokyo subway at 5am for our 9am Flight. This is a big hotel with ten floors. There is a free shuttle from and to the airport which takes approximately 15 minutes. The entrance and reception are quite grand, as are the... More

Problem: will we wake up early to travel from Tokyo to Narita Airport, or will we sleep in late and stay the night at an airport hotel? We chose the latter and stayed at the "Toyoku Inn Narita Hotel". The Toyoku Inn Nartia Hotel is a typical Japanese hotel. There's no bar in the lobby, but there is a smoking... More

The agent who did our check in was not friendly at all. Impatient in deed. This was my first night in Japan, bad impression. Luckily, the food court ladies were quite warm and welcoming. Rooms are big, but dated. I requested a high floor room and quiet one. They gave me a room on 2nd floor and right next to... More

I love Toyoko Inn Narita Kuko Hotel. Economical, very clean, rooms are very large with everything you need. Much cheaper and quieter than staying in downtown Tokyo and although very near Narita Hotel, the rooms are soundproof so one cannot hear the planes. Choose the non smoking floor on the sixth floor. Breakfast is great, lots of vegetables so very... More
