The agent who did our check in was not friendly at all. Impatient in deed. This was my first night in Japan, bad impression. Luckily, the food court ladies were quite warm and welcoming. Rooms are big, but dated. I requested a high floor room and quiet one. They gave me a room on 2nd floor and right next to... More

I love Toyoko Inn Narita Kuko Hotel. Economical, very clean, rooms are very large with everything you need. Much cheaper and quieter than staying in downtown Tokyo and although very near Narita Hotel, the rooms are soundproof so one cannot hear the planes. Choose the non smoking floor on the sixth floor. Breakfast is great, lots of vegetables so very... More

Stayed here overnight because of an early flight the following morning. Rooms: 7/10 - Spacious, clean but fairly basic. Service: 8/10 - We experienced no issues with staff, they were courteous and helpful, and despite how busy the hotel was during our stay the reception desk was sufficiently manned. - There was a bit of a language barrier with some... I stayed here for two separate nights for layover during my trip to Sapporo. Free shuttle bus from the airport is readily available mostly every 20 minutes. Check-in was ok depends on the number of guests checking-in. Room facing the airport has a nice view. Didn't bother me since you wont even notice the planes' sounds. The room is big... More

We always stay in this hotel if our incoming flight is in the evening or outgoing flight is in the morning. I guess Toyoko Inn has taken over this property from other operators as the room size is big and not the normal Toyoko Inn standard. The hotel has free shuttle to and from Narita Airport. The hotel used to... More

This hotel is perfect for a layover. Our family room, which had 4 large single beds, was massive and also had a lounge suite with more space to burn. The kids played hide and seek the room was so large. There are regular free shuttles to and from the airport terminals and a free breakfast with plenty of hot and... More

We had an overnight layover and stayed at the Toyoko Inn. The place wasn't the newest hotel or the fanciest, but the staff was incredibly friendly, the rooms were quite large and everything was kept spotlessly clean and in excellent working order. We had dinner and breakfast and found both too be tasty. The bathroom had excellent water pressure. The... More

Our flight from Australia got in quite late, and rather than battle our way through central Tokyo at 11pm, we decided to stay at the Toyoko Inn. It had pretty much everything we needed - the twin room was clean (and surprisingly big!), the bathroom was good and the hotel provided breakfast (for free) in the morning. There were also... More

The location and the rooms are OK, breakfast also good. Was slightly surprised that there is no restaurant, but light economical dinner for 500 Yen (!) is not bad. Wi-Fi connection was stable. I think that it is a very good place to spend one night. particularly at this cost.

Every Toyoko Inn I have stayed in has been similar, or in fact difficult to distinguish from any other. This one is very different - we had a twin room which had plenty of space for all of our stuff, beds were bigger and so on. The general impression was that there was a lot more space in this Toyoko... More
