For the price we paid for the room, we could not complain. Rooms are clean and comfortable but a bit older. Walking distance to the train station, restaurants and Narita-san Temple. Nice little souvenir stores on the way to the temple. There's a grocery store across the hotel that is open 24/7. Breakfast is good. My only complain is that... More

I have stayed at this hotel few times due to work, i found it to be conveniently located, close to trains 2 different lines and quiet hotel, the staff at the ciunter are very helpful, accommodating and friendly. one of the train line will take you to Tokyo. There plenty of places to eat, close to Eon shopping centre and... More

Free airport shuttle service; nearby are 2 train stations, 24 hour convenience stores including McDonald's with free wi-fi, delicious ramen shops; a bus station around the corner for the Aeon Mall where you'll find good restaurants, bakeries, pharmacy, food court, clothing stores, etc. etc; free wi-fi; luggage service (you can leave your luggage and go out to sightsee or shop).... Stayed here for 1 night while traveling with wife + 2 kids. No chance for large room, so needed 2 rooms. Rooms are small (but construction is odd) and with the slope in the entrance after you enter the room -- parking stroller and luggage was awkward. Lots of hallway noise. Location is ok, but nothing there for kids. Only... More

My partner and I stayed here briefly on our way back home to Australia. We were very satisfied with the experience. The hotel is clean and staff are efficient. The location itself was great- close enough to the airport but you don't hear the planes flying over. The free shuttle bus was great to get to the airport. A convenience... More

This is a functional clean hotel - where if u are looking to sleep a night before catching a plane out of Narita it serves it's function and nothing more. Whilst it does have a shuttle to the airport there are a paucity of trips so u can be left waiting for > 1 hr - get their timetable to... More

In the center of Narita right next to the railway station. Supermarket and restaurants (ramen shop included) is few steps away. Shuttle bus from/to hotel go 1 or 2 times per hour (in the evening only 1 times!).

I stayed at the Mercure Narita the night before an early flight out of Narita Airport. For that purpose, it was very convenient. The location in the center of Narita is also fine for grabbing something to eat and have drink. The hotel itself was pretty charmless, both the public spaces and the room. The room was of good size,... More

For an overnight stay close to NRT but with something to do at the front door this is a terrific option. Wide choice of restaurants, and walking distance to Narita Shrine which is really worth seeing. There is also a Y210 bus that takes you direct to Aeon Shopping mall that leaves regularly within 100m of the hotel. Rooms are... More

In many years of travel, I have learned you do get what you pay for. This hotel is exactly that. The location of this hotel is perfect if you want to be in the Narita village. The front desk service was just OK. The room was very dated and in serious need of remodeling. While the room was clean, the... More
