I booked the hotel for very last minute due to flight delay. The booking went through without issue and check in was smooth. The hotel has free shuttle which is convenient enough. The timing may not be frequent, but you may hop on train if you want to avoid waiting time. The surrounding has small eateries and mini mart, so... More

We stayed here on our way home from a tour of Australia and were amazed at how different the culture is in Japan. After passing through the airport in record time (30 min from getting off plane to being on the train) we were helped at the station as everything is in Japanese. The hotel is 2 stops from the... Stayed one night between flights. Transfer to NRT about 45 min, 30 or so by taxi ( approx 4000 yen), which you may need since hotel shuttle is very infrequent. Train is also an option , which I did not try due to lot af luggage. Got "upgraded" to double room. Wonder how you get onto a single if you... More

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and always find it to be clean and comfortable. It's location is good for places to eat and the Narita Temple is a short walk from the hotel. Narita station is close by. There is a bus to Aeon Mall around the corner from the hotel. The hotel has a... More

We stayed here one night because of an early morning flight. The room was spacious, Japanese standard, but had a bit of a moldy smell in it. Breakfast was nice, a variety of choices both western and japanese style. Hotel was very easy to find, it is between the JR and keisei stations, so follow the signs from one to... More

Needed a place to stay during my 10 hour layover and I chose Mercure because of its location in town. However, I was so tired from my red eye flight, I ended up sleeping for nearly seven hours and didn't get a chance to explore the town. Prior to my trip, I wrote an email to Mercure enquiring about day... More

Transiting for a short night in Tokyo, we wanted to find a clean hotel next to the airport and being quite confident with Accor, we had decided to book in this hotel pretending to offer free transfer from terminal. When we arrived at Narita T2 at 8.30, we were informed there wasn't shuttle anymore and we had been obliged to... More

I have a flight in the early morning so decided to stay near Narita Airport. This hotel near Keisei-Narita Station. Staff are nice and the room's clean and quite. They have transfer bus from hotel to airport start from 07:00 a.m. It's really good for person who have an early flight.

We welcomed the shuttle service despite the waiting time as advertised. The senior staff member on reception was very welcoming. We felt at ease. All necessary paper work for our one night stay was completed and the offer was made to store some of our luggage in the reception area. We had a non-smoking room on the 9th floor in... More

This hotel is quite basic and the rooms are quite small and a bit smelly but it was clean and the staff were helpful. It was opposite the train station in a very good position with a free shuttle bus to and from the airport. Temples were only a ten minute walk away.
