If you are looking for a bigger room with reasonable price and don't mind the traveling time in Tokyo, then this hotel is ideal. As My family was on long holiday with many luggage, thus I was looking for a hotel with good price and great size. The hotel is within walking distance to Both JR and subway station. The... More

This hotel has a great location, right in the heart of Narita where other hotels are a ride away from anywhere. It's not fantastic but quite acceptable. I stay here purely for location. Staff are great, very welcoming but the rooms are pretty plain and basic for a Mercure. It's a pretty much a no frills property, boring room with... More

The rooms had a bad smell that stuck to our clothes. The room service was poor and the dishes were left out in the corridor for a whole day. The location is the only saving grace as it was walking distance from the station and the strip of bars and restaurants. The rooms were old and the bathroom was mouldy.... More

I had an 18 hour connection in Tokyo-Narita airport and instead of staying the evening at the airport, we decided to stay at the Mercure Narita. It is right by the train station on the Keisei line AND.... there is a FREE shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel! Mind you the schedule is roughly every 1.5 hours so... More

Arrived late in the afternoon and made our way to the complimentary bus. This was easy to find and helpful when you are tired. About a 20 min drive . Hotel is situated near a railway line in an area away from the airport. The reception is welcoming and the staff were very friendly. They had assigned us to a... More

Mercure Narita Airport Hotel – best location in the center of Narita town. It is next to the Keisei train station and across the street from the JR train station. They have a nice shuttle bus to get you from Narita airport to the hotel and back. It is an easy ½-mile walk to Narita-san which is a large Buddhist... More

Stayed 3 nights as a Le Club platinum member. Marketed as an airport hotel, but unlike the other Narita airport hotels located in the middle of nowhere, the Mercure is in fact located in the middle of downtown Narita which is a good thing. A lot of charming bars and restaurants in walking distance from the hotel. A nice main... More

There is nothing fantastic about this hotel, but nothing terribly wrong with it either. Stayed here overnight on way to Europe, so it was convenient to Narita Airport, reasonably priced, and fitted the bill nicely. Bathroom was fine, but the room itself wasn't as clean as it could have been, which surprised me for Japan. Found the shuttle service to... More

Stayed in this hotel for one night as a transit. Hotel is in the middle of Narita village which gives it a plus ahead of other hotels outside town nearer the airport. Its only a 5-minute walk from both JR and Keisei train stations. They do have free shuttle bus services to the airport but if you wish, its only... More

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights on a short trip to Japan. The hotel is clean and located a stones throw away from 2 train stations which take you into Tokyo. The rooms and hotel itself is quite outdated, needs a fresh lick of paint, new carpets and new furniture. The staff were friendly and delivered great customer... More
