This hotel is quite basic and the rooms are quite small and a bit smelly but it was clean and the staff were helpful. It was opposite the train station in a very good position with a free shuttle bus to and from the airport. Temples were only a ten minute walk away.

My first stay was probably 3 years ago, and had a chance to stay here again recently. Now they have free wifi in the room! Woohoo! Room size is pretty okay ; not too small, but not too big either. I will say just nice for 2 to move freely and drop our luggages to have some good rest. The... More

First, room was not clean. It smell bad though I reserved non-smoking room. Second, hotel staff has no hospitality at all. I had my belongings delivered by delivery service in Tokyo. I arrived at late night, after checked with front, they just told that no stuff. I was pretty sure that my stuff must arrived at hotel because it was... More

This is another Le Accor hotel I frequently stay at. There is nothing special about the hotel itself. Its kept clean. It's older. The rooms show their age and the decor is simple enough that you can get away with its age. The beds are the typical hard bed I find in Mercure Hotels. The carpets in the room however... More

Enjoyed my stay here because most of the staff spoke fairly good English, which made things very helpful. The room was what I expected. Only complaint I have about the room was the A/C. I had the A/C cranked up on high and the room never really got cold. Also wish they had a 24/7 fitness center. I would say... More

Hit this hotel after a 12 hour flight from LHR and after working all night so no sleep what so ever bar a few hours on the plane. Check in was easy and the staff were very friendly. Room I had was fantastic, must have been a corner room as it looked bigger than a colleagues who looked a bit... More

We had a layover in Japan and decided to book at the Mercure based on previous reviews. The hotel is next to the Keisei train station. Very convenient - 1 stop away from the airport and the cost was 260 yen. The directions for the train tickets is all in Japanese so it was confusing until we found someone who... More

If you are looking for a bigger room with reasonable price and don't mind the traveling time in Tokyo, then this hotel is ideal. As My family was on long holiday with many luggage, thus I was looking for a hotel with good price and great size. The hotel is within walking distance to Both JR and subway station. The... More

This hotel has a great location, right in the heart of Narita where other hotels are a ride away from anywhere. It's not fantastic but quite acceptable. I stay here purely for location. Staff are great, very welcoming but the rooms are pretty plain and basic for a Mercure. It's a pretty much a no frills property, boring room with... More

The rooms had a bad smell that stuck to our clothes. The room service was poor and the dishes were left out in the corridor for a whole day. The location is the only saving grace as it was walking distance from the station and the strip of bars and restaurants. The rooms were old and the bathroom was mouldy.... More
