This was just an overnight stay, but I'd recommend everyone to stay elsewhere. The room was TINY, and it was so so hot at night that we couldnt sleep. And the Air conditioning did not work. Nothing more to add really.

Thanks to ou Accor membership we had a " free overnight stay ". All was ok & English speaking staff was a bonus. Room was on the 11 th floor overlooking the station - not a problem. As usual in Japan room was very hot but fortunate.ly we were able to open the window for fresh air. There is free... More

Having an early flight i stayed at Mercure Narita airport. This was the worse hotel experience i had in our two weeks In Japan. The hotel gets oldish and is not at Mercure standard i regularly use in Europe(Accor gold Member). On top of humid smelling room, hotel was packed with a convention who blocked all common facilities. Could not... More

Stay: 1 night in March 2015. Staff: English-speaking. Very friendly. Room: Double-size bed, on 10th floor. Just OK for sleep quality. Small desk plus chair, and another small table with chair. Very dated, nowhere near the Mercure standard you would find in places like Europe or Australia, but to be fair nowhere near the same price. Limited room service. Bathroom:... More

The Mercure Hotel is located right in Narita so at least a chance to do some limited local sightseeing and dining if staying over to catch a flight, albeit a bit of a distance from the terminals. You can use the local Keisei Narita station to access Narita terminals, a taxi fare will cost over 3000Y. The free hotel shuttle... More

This Hotel is a little dated and needs so makeover but for the price and the great location you cannot complain. The Staff were great as were the Seyshell's buffet restaurant. The downsize was the room walls were quite thin and I could hear noisy Airline flight crews making their way along the corridoors. I had level 4 which was... More

I stayed here recently on my way to Jakarta. Rooms are ok, service is ok, Internet works ok - that's really all one needs for a quick stop. I missed the airport bus coming in, and took a train, which worked perfectly, and the hotel is 100m from the station. People at the airport were very helpful in suggesting this... More

The chained Hotel with a budget price compared to the average price of the hotels in Japan. Staff are efficient. They quickly respond to my request. I got the twin room on another building which it may take a while to reach the room, but it is okay. There is shuttle bus service to and from the airport. I actually... More

This is a good hotel for business travellers as connectivity is good and also good for family or tourists as it is in the middle of Narita village. The hotel has a free shuttle from the airport, running at regular intervals. The Narita Temple is worth a vist and is within walking distance of the hotel, along a a winding... More

Great location in middle of Narita village. Very close to train station and only 10-15 mins from airport. Rooms are typically small, with modular bathrooms in the rooms we stayed in. Good hotel for exploring Narita village or simple night stop whilst in transit
