it happened to be the last hotel of my stay in Japan, it is very close to the airport. The hotel is dirty, the food is poor and horrible taste, i will never go to that Mercure it does not meet the standards of that chain

Basically, my tour group and I stayed only for a night at the hotel purely to make sure it would be of less hassle for us to catch our next day's flight out of Narita. It was already late when we arrived from Tokyo but the check-in was quite swift for a big group like us. The lobby was spacious... More

Just stayed 2 nights at Mercure Hotel Narita for our short trip to Naritasan Temple and surrounding areas. They hotel is well located between Keisei Narita station and JR Narita Station, surround with a lot of Restuarant and convenience store, Family mart, McDonald. Easy walking to Naritasan temple and train to anywhere you would like to visit. We stayed at... More

Spent one night here after evening arrival on flight from U.S. Took the Keisei train from Narita Airport, 260 yen, takes about 10 minutes. Hotel is very close to the Keisei train station exit, just go out of the station straight ahead, then turn left at the first street and the hotel is on the left, about a two minute... More

I don't have much to say about the room as it's quite basic but I have to say that the way to my room is irretrievably ridiculous. I stayed on the 5th floor of tower B which you have to take the elevator from to tower A's 3rd floor and then go through a hall namely Annex tower to get... More

Its autumn now... seasons changing from hot to cold.... It's in between weather we just made a put stop for the last night as we have an early flight to catch. ..... the hotel overall however was very disappointing 3 things to note: 1. the room did not provide the option to control the temperature to my liking the night... This hotel is a great place to stay the night you arrive before heading in to central Tokyo. Free shuttle bus from both airport terminals and very close to train station both private line and JR line. Close to good shopping and temple.

I chose this hotel for three reasons: 1. Closeness to the JR station (I came in on the Narita Express from northern Honshu via central Tokyo); 2. Cost (I got a very cheap rate, about 35 pounds sterling); 3. The fact that there are a lot of restaurants within walking distance, so there is something to do other than stay... More

I read about some other reviews talking bad about this place. But I spent a very restful nice in this place by the tracks. I heard the trains but maybe that is what put me to sleep. It was close to both trains stations in Narita, the Kisei and the JR. I actually could drag my big luggage here without... More
