I was really disappointed with this hotel. These chain hotels have no atmosphere and the service is lacking. With rude reception staff just there to collect your money why not replace them with a vending machine. Japan would be the place to do it. Worn out, small pokey room overlooking railway, so noisy as well, with an infrequent bus service to the airport. The only plus is that it is in Narita itself and therfeore has more dining options.
