Without exception, every time I have been staying this hotel for the first night arriving at Narita New Tokyo International airport. It is not easy to get free hotel shuttle from the airport due to frequency of operation, but by taking Keisei main line I can easily to get there in half an hour after departure of Narita airport station... Loved everything; except we wish they have a 24 hr restaurant or room service, and an hour or two later shuttle service from the airport like the other hotels do. We arrived Narita at 9pm, and taking the train and walking to the hotel in the dark with kids was inconvenient.

Stayed 1 night in March 2015. Richmond Hotel Narita is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the Keisei train station. The JR rail station is slightly further away but still within walking distance of the hotel. Given the frequency and cheap cost of the Keisei trains I took the train rather than the free shuttle bus that runs less... More

Been staying there for 5 times +. Still very good. Very convenient and very good rate. Some excellent restaurants near by. Suitable for guest on either business trip or for sightseeing in Narita. Will definitely stay there again on our next visit.

My husband and I stayed one night on Feb.20th, 2015 at The Richmond Hotel Narita. We would highly recommend this hotel. It was an extremely pleasant surprise. My husband had booked this hotel for our last night of our holiday (post ski trip to Niseko, Japan) prior to our long return flight home the following morning to Canada. When he... More

Located a short walk from Keisei-Narita station, and a 10-minute train ride or 15-20 shuttle bus ride from Narita Airport the Ricmond Narita is a comfortanle and well appointed hotel. We dined nearby in an excellent little shushi / shashumi restaurant only 3 mins away at 286-0033 Chiba-ken. Staff were frinedly and helpful and the room was a good size.... More

We stayed here in early October 2014 and have stayed many times previously. This is a good Hotel for those wanting a comfortable room with all amenities. The Lobby etc area is simple but modern. The computer access area there has no chairs downstairs in the Lobby so is very uncomfortable for those with bad backs or hip replacements like... More

The Richmond is another great place I found on Tripadvisor. Over the years I have been forced to stay in some pretty depressing hotels on layovers at airports. I was very pleased to be able to stay in this hotel during a one day layover between a domestic flight from Okinawa and a trans-Pacific flight back to New York. The... More

This is our 2nd visit to Richmond Hotel Narita. The last visit was in Dec 2013. This time it was a bit of a mixed experience. On the positive side, they now have more signs and instructions in English to assist foreign travelers. Their English website now also works much better than it did back in 2013. For the friends...
