We stayed one night on our way home from Japan and Narita airport. We appreciated the free shuttle from and to Narita (do book the evening before for the morning shuttle from the hotel to guarantee your place, the shuttles are rather small). Reception at arrival and checking out was smooth and professional. The hotel is modern, fresh and clean,... More

After becoming tired of the standard Narita transit hotels, with their dated decor, middle of nowhere locations and overpriced dinners and breakfasts, I decided to give the Richmond a try. They run shuttles buses from the airport roughly every hour. I missed a bus by 5 minutes, so instead took the Keisei Train line to Narita town, which took 15... More

Stayed here the night before flight back home. We took the shuttle bus from Tokyo airport to the hotel. Going to the Richmond we had one suitcase and hand luggage. The shuttle bus was a good service but quite squishy.Even just boarding with just hand luggage it was a squeeze. It was just as well we did not have our... More

Stayed in Richmond 3 times in July and August 2014 for single nights pre/post flights to/from New York and Vietnam. Richmond is about 60 -80 minutes to Tokyo Station so it is a long way from the sights. That said, if you want a very friendly, efficient, comfortable, safe and clean place to sleep minutes fromm Narita Airport with free... More

I spent a night in Richmond because of an early next morning flight. I came by bus to the Narita airport thinking that I could get a free bus from airport to the Richmond hotel. I asked from airport information about then bus to the Richmond hotel and they told that there would be a bus number 31b. Unfortunately my... More

My girlfriend and I stayed here the night before taking a flight out of Narita. The hotel is very modern and clean, and the staff were reasonably polite. Unfortunately, we have feather allergies, so we asked the hotel to replace the down pillows and duvet with synthetic ones. Quite surprisingly, the hotel did not have any -- all they had... More

The hotel is easily accessible by taking the Keisei line to the third stop (Narita station) and walking 5 minutes. It was well staffed with great customer service, I was able to use one of the the two computers in the lobby to check emails, print documents and was helped in scanning as well. It's not far from the major... More

This was a very clean, quiet hotel. The staff were very polite and most could speak a little English. The front desk directed us to some restaurants in the neighborhood. We decided to pick up sushi at Larson convenience store which was very close. The room had toiletries, a coffeepot, refrigerator, phone and iPad power cords. Breakfast was good. A... More

This is a true Japanese hotel not like the Hilton down the road. The rooms are the average size for Japanese hotels which means that they are smaller than American hotels. The TV only had one channel in English, the BBC. At check-in you are given a pamphlet in English that explains how to turn on the TV and operate... More

I stayed here for 1 night in May between flights. The shuttle bus to the hotel is free and takes about 20 mins to get to the town of Narita. First impressions of Lobby: light and bright and new! Fast Check-In. Staff speak english. The room key is a flimsy little plastic card which is encoded and gets you in... More
