Stayed here one night after arriving at Narita Airport. The hotel is located two stops from the airport by train (Keisei Line). Only 5-8 minute walk from the train station. We had a twin room. The room was larger than I was expecting and was extremely clean. Bathroom was good with a full size tub and shower. The beds were... More

We stayed here the night before an 11AM flight out of Narita. Staff spoke enough English for you to get by even if you speak no Japanese. Morning shuttle bus was there at least 10 minutes early, but extremely full even at 8AM. Make sure you book a ticket for it at check-in, if you want to use it. Getting... More

This hotel is popular among business men and business women, as well as tourists. The hotel is very clean and has a minimalistic, stylish design. The staff are great and very polite. Some general points I want to make: 1. It is located very close to the Keisei line station and it is also close to convenience stores and restaurants.... More

Narita village is just so much nicer than the sterile surroundings of the airport hotels. Richmond hotel was a good choice! Less than 5 minutes walk from the JR station and you are at the hotel. The check-in was friendly and efficient, the price very reasonable! The room is modern and fair sized for Japan, with all amenities and a... More

The Richmond Narita is clean and spacious (double bedrooms ) according to Japanese standards. It is a little further away compared to APA which is just steps away from the train station. Like APA hotel, you are requested to check in at the automated terminal which makes it less personal. (Again, typical of Japanese business hotels). Nothing special about the... More

The Richmond Hotel is part of a chain that operates throughout Japan and is an above average 'business hotel' with all you need for a short stay. The hotel is within easy reach of shops, bars, strip clubs and restaurants - very unlike many airport lodgings around the world. As you reach Narita Train Station (72 mins by train from... More

First of all, let's just state that Richmond is indeed the best hotel in the entire Narita village area. It's clean, the rooms are considerably spacious, the Internet is fast and the location is near to the station and everything else in the area. Like a well-oiled machine, you are guided to the self check-in kiosks to pay for your... More

We stayed here for two nights before an early flight back to UK rather than returning to Tokyo. Room was fairly basic but clean and with everything you could ask for. Staff were helpful and friendly. The restaurant was reasonable although portions small for main course salmon. The temple complex in Narita is definitely worth a visit. We spent a... More

Absolutely fine for a one night stay. Everything provided and very well run. Small but adequate room. Shuttle bus runs at 10 past the hour and is very efficient. If coming from Narita airport get off ( after about 5 minutes) at Narita , don't go out to the street. Go straight ahead from the ticket gates , down 4... More

Since we were arriving in early evening, we had made the decision to spend the first night closer to the airport and travel into Tokyo the next day. On the chance that we would be awake enough to enjoy the town, we chose this hotel in the center of town rather than one right at the airport where we figured... More
