We stayed here in early October 2014 and have stayed many times previously. This is a good Hotel for those wanting a comfortable room with all amenities. The Lobby etc area is simple but modern. The computer access area there has no chairs downstairs in the Lobby so is very uncomfortable for those with bad backs or hip replacements like... More

The Richmond is another great place I found on Tripadvisor. Over the years I have been forced to stay in some pretty depressing hotels on layovers at airports. I was very pleased to be able to stay in this hotel during a one day layover between a domestic flight from Okinawa and a trans-Pacific flight back to New York. The... More

This is our 2nd visit to Richmond Hotel Narita. The last visit was in Dec 2013. This time it was a bit of a mixed experience. On the positive side, they now have more signs and instructions in English to assist foreign travelers. Their English website now also works much better than it did back in 2013. For the friends... Great location close to the local train station and Narita itself, which everyone who is laying over in Narita should visit. The rooms were small and normal for the area, the automatic checkin/reception was pretty cool too, really fast. The advantage it is close to lots of things to do and explore and not in the normal airport hotel areas.

A short walk from the Narita Keisei Train Station. There is a free hotel shuttle but if the schedule doesn't fit your need, it cost 260-yen from the airport terminal #1 to the Keisei Narita Station. Closest walk to Richmond Hotel is out the East Exit but then you have to lug your baggage down a lot of stairs. Nice... More

Small rooms, location not good for what I wanted to do but adequate for a nights stay. Basics covered. Breakfast buffet was very good. Not having stayed in Japan before can I can only surmise this is a typical airport hotel

Stayed at this hotel on a recent business trip to Japan. Its very clean, and the staff very helpful. Rooms are comfortable but small (typically Japanese). Beds are very nice and always got a good sleep. A couple of things to note: a) You must have a credit card with a PIN number. b) Basically no channels in English... c)... More

A typical near-airport-hotel, but okay. Small rooms, well laid-out, with good amenities, and very clean. Breakfast okay, japanese style, but lacking a bit in quality compared to other hotels in the same price-range. Shuttle to the Airport works well. Stayed for two days.

We stayed here for our early morning flight. The hotel is like a 5-6 mins walk from Narita station and 15-20 mins in a bus from the airport terminal (hotel provides free shuttle service but please book) Clean room and a decent hotel. It is a 3.5-4 star property but the staff was helpful and location was great. Our room... More

Spacious by Japanese standards, clean, comfortable, and a short walk from the Keisei Narita train station. To get to the Richmond Hotel from Terminal 2 we caught the Keisei Line train, cost Yen260 per person. From Terminal 2 Arrivals follow the train symbol signs through the terminal. The ticket counter for Keisei Main Line Limited Express trains is adjacent to... More
