One of the more updated hotel around narita airport. Room is new. Unfortunately our shower curtain had a stench that stink up the whole bathroom. We check out after a day for town and return to a better smelling room 2days later :). I like that their reusable room slippers are freshly laundered unlike many other hotel in Japan. One... More

Spent a night in Richmond Hotel between flights. Since our flight plan didn't fit the hotel bus schedule, we decided to take a taxi for about USD 30. The hotel offers quiet and nice rooms, as a family of four we had two rooms next to each other on the non smoking floor. We all loved breakfast and the choice... More

Though it seems like a basic no frill hotel it still provided quite a reasonable range of amenities and they even gave out extras at the Front Desk - onsen powder for a good soak in the bath, facial cotton etc. The front desk was very helpful and even helped us sort out our transportation to the airport as the... A bit far from Narita airport. The bus shuttle was on time (on the first floor – the airport has the same numbers for each floor so be sure to be on floor 1!). A nice business man type hotel. Small but for the price, excellent. Everything was clean and neat. Worth using as a transit hotel getting to or... More

We stayed overnight before catching our flight back to UK from Narita airport. The hotel is 5 mins walk from the Station, and plenty of places to eat dinner in the town. It is very well situated. Very clean, lovely room, excellent value. Much better than I expected actually. Minibus (must be booked on arrival) to airport next day free... More

We had planned to stay in Narita before flying onto Naha the next day. As we expected, the hotel staff were courteous, polite and efficient. The hotel had everything you could want. And we even managed to squeeze in a delicious dinner in Narita as well as a trip to the local temple. A really comfortable bed and a deep... More

Airport shuttle is worthless. They will not come and get you when you get in, they have a set schedule that is very limited. Cost about 3500Y in a taxi from the airport. There is a Narita Kensei and a Narita Station, they are both close to the hotel. We were misinformed by the JR counter and told to go... More

We stayed three nights over two stays. Check-in was very efficient; the room was clean and well equipped with lots of nice touches. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. The shuttle to Narita Airport worked very well (it's about a 20 minute drive with a limited schedule -- 6:40/8:00/9:20/10:30/11:40/16:10/17:20/18:35/19:40), and the hotel's location... More

Good location, very good free shuttle, clean and stylish. Advise that you spend a little more and avoid the basic sized rooms which are very small and uncomfortable. Avoid the steps when leaving the station and walk a little further to find the walkways down.

Have stayed at a number of hotels in Narita over the years. Found this one to be the best balance of room size, modernity, amenities, comfort and quality. Easy to get to and a few minutes walk from Keisei-Narita station (but further from JR Narita) which has 3 trains per hour to Narita Airport. I can't be bothered using the... More
