Airport shuttle is worthless. They will not come and get you when you get in, they have a set schedule that is very limited. Cost about 3500Y in a taxi from the airport. There is a Narita Kensei and a Narita Station, they are both close to the hotel. We were misinformed by the JR counter and told to go... More

We stayed three nights over two stays. Check-in was very efficient; the room was clean and well equipped with lots of nice touches. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. The shuttle to Narita Airport worked very well (it's about a 20 minute drive with a limited schedule -- 6:40/8:00/9:20/10:30/11:40/16:10/17:20/18:35/19:40), and the hotel's location... More

Good location, very good free shuttle, clean and stylish. Advise that you spend a little more and avoid the basic sized rooms which are very small and uncomfortable. Avoid the steps when leaving the station and walk a little further to find the walkways down.

Have stayed at a number of hotels in Narita over the years. Found this one to be the best balance of room size, modernity, amenities, comfort and quality. Easy to get to and a few minutes walk from Keisei-Narita station (but further from JR Narita) which has 3 trains per hour to Narita Airport. I can't be bothered using the... More

Stayed here one night after arriving at Narita Airport. The hotel is located two stops from the airport by train (Keisei Line). Only 5-8 minute walk from the train station. We had a twin room. The room was larger than I was expecting and was extremely clean. Bathroom was good with a full size tub and shower. The beds were... More

We stayed here the night before an 11AM flight out of Narita. Staff spoke enough English for you to get by even if you speak no Japanese. Morning shuttle bus was there at least 10 minutes early, but extremely full even at 8AM. Make sure you book a ticket for it at check-in, if you want to use it. Getting... More

This hotel is popular among business men and business women, as well as tourists. The hotel is very clean and has a minimalistic, stylish design. The staff are great and very polite. Some general points I want to make: 1. It is located very close to the Keisei line station and it is also close to convenience stores and restaurants.... More

Narita village is just so much nicer than the sterile surroundings of the airport hotels. Richmond hotel was a good choice! Less than 5 minutes walk from the JR station and you are at the hotel. The check-in was friendly and efficient, the price very reasonable! The room is modern and fair sized for Japan, with all amenities and a... More

The Richmond Narita is clean and spacious (double bedrooms ) according to Japanese standards. It is a little further away compared to APA which is just steps away from the train station. Like APA hotel, you are requested to check in at the automated terminal which makes it less personal. (Again, typical of Japanese business hotels). Nothing special about the... More

The Richmond Hotel is part of a chain that operates throughout Japan and is an above average 'business hotel' with all you need for a short stay. The hotel is within easy reach of shops, bars, strip clubs and restaurants - very unlike many airport lodgings around the world. As you reach Narita Train Station (72 mins by train from... More
