We chose Hotel Richmond in order to stay a bit closer to restaurants etc in Narita on an overnight stay. Unfortunately our plane was delayed and we only arrived at midnight but the hotel staff were able to suggest a 24 hour ramen place nearby! The airport shuttle was handy in the morning but was completely full, book your spot... More

I've stayed here several times and it's where I usually try to stay when in Narita. It's small – by western standards – but very neat and comfortable. Excellent location too, as it's right at the base of the JR and Keisei stations. It's also a very easy walk to Omotesando, the quaint, shop lined street that leads to the... More

Wonderful helpful staff. Internet in reception. Great restaurant open late. Great food. It's half hour to the airport on the shuttle and do make sure you book it straight away for your return journey as it gets very full. The room was average but absolutely fine. Very clean. A great nights sleep. On the downside, no plugs to lend to... More

Richmond is walking distance to all the best restaurants in Narita village. Unlike all the other hotels that I've stayed before in Narita, there is absolutely no requirement for a free shuttle bus to the village. Which was absolutely fabulous. Free shuttle bus is available to Narita airport though. The hotel is clean, modern and tastefully decorated. Simply put, it's... More

We decided to stay at the Richmond Hotel for 2 nights to catch up on our flight over from the U.S.. This hotel is a few stops by train from Narita Airport. They also run a scheduled free shuttle to and from the airport. It took us 5 minutes to walk from the train station to the hotel. We checked... More

Room was large, clean and very comfortable. Handy shuttle to/from the airport. No English on the TV but wifi supported my phone TV app so could keep up to date with world events!! Handy location to Narita station, bars, restaurant's and the temple

This hotel was a pleasant surprise as the room was bigger than expected & the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful & we had no trouble with check-in or other communication. The buffet breakfast was very good & a reasonable price. Take the time to explore Narita as it has a quaint old town & a wonderful... More

This hotel is very nice, has comfortable beds, quiet rooms, nice breakfast which is included in room rate and offers a shuttle free of charge to the airport. Make sure you book it when you check in as it fills up fast and it take s about 45 mins to make the trip to and from airport so you don't... More

At check-in, you are directed to machines in the lobby to pay for your room and activate your key. After an overnight flight and with jet lag, I was not in the mood to try to learn how to operate this machine that had instructions mostly in Japanese. Why can't the reception clerk swipe the credit card, like at every... More

I had a stopover in Tokyo and needed a place to stay close to the airport and the Richmond Hotel was exactly what I needed. It had everything for a great nights sleep, in a brilliant location a few minutes walk from the station, then a 10 minute ride to the terminals. Staff are brilliant, very helpful and were ready...
