I will list few facts, based on our one night experience, and you can decide yourself :) The hotel we could call - "student dormitory". Its not a hotel. The corridor and a room is difficult to describe. Between entrence door and floor was 3-4 cm ( its like you are sleeping in the corridor ). The room was like... More

This is the first proper hotel I stayed in as part of my Japan trip. The room is clean and comfortable. You can reach this hotel by approx. 15 minute walk from Narita and Keisei Narita stations. However you can utilise their free airport shuttle bus that runs once an hour (check their website for details), just wait at Narita... More

Very dated, no restaurant as such and no bar. Rooms are small and in need of an upgrade. Not aplace I would like to stay a while, best for a one day stopover. Free wifi was a bonus. Fridge in room, but not stocked.

I was again to fly to Narita night before my flight back to U.S. They provide free shuttle service to hotel (about 20 min ride). This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. However, this time, the staffs on duty were not as friendly as last time. Since I was all by myself, the room I got had... More

It was my 1st ever night in Japan so I had no idea what should I expect paying that little money. But hotel was just amazing! Really helpful staff who was really trying to help even without understanding much english. Really tidy room and bathroom. (Single room). 5 minutes walk to temple and less than 10 to the train station.... More

Stayed for one night, as most people do at airport hotels. The staff were seriously incompetent on our arrival. The man who was "helping" us said there was no booking under either name and carried on for several minutes. Finally another staff member who never acknowledged our presence walked to the first staff member and gave him our room key... More

The hotel has a free shuttle service: Narita Airport to the hotel in the late afternoon and evening; the other direction in the morning. Please be advised that the timetable in the hotel web page be checked out beforehand, as the shuttle runs only once in an hour. The room appears old but okay. WiFi is free and works fine,... More

Our agent suggested this hotel to me, maybe because it is near the airport. I stayed here while waiting for my flight early morning to Philippines. I say it is a nice hotel, Very (I mean VERY) fast internet (compared to Philippines). Very nice food (had my buffet breakfast here), combined classic and Japanese food just in the ground floor... This hotel was fine. Nothing special, but serviceable and convenient for us (me and my 11 year-old daughter) as we were flying out the next morning. Our criteria were: free airport shuttle, convenience store nearby; clean; non-smoking. The shuttle was incredibly convenient and was indeed free. The hotel was a bit of a walk from the train station but we... More

Although it is a bit of a walk from the JR or Keisei Line stations, this hotel is clean and friendly, with plenty of great Japanese eating places nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the map provided showed all the likely places to visit. The nearby temple complex is great to visit, and so is the Aeon Mall... More
