Overall this is a very good hotel. The location is perfect if you are going to the QVC Stadium or the large convention center across the street, Makuhari Messe. Walkways conveniently connect the hotel to the stadium and convention center. There is also a large shopping mall nearby. Its a ways from downtown Tokyo, but this area has plenty of... More

This hotel definitely lacks atmosphere, but I did not really see that its owners ever aimed for it. This is a huge place for speedy processing of tourists who visit either for conferences (my case) or short stays. What I mostly saw were busloads of Chinese tourists who stayed one night, visited the Disney resort with their kids, and were... More

OK business hotel close to Makuhari Messe. Perfect for those who attends Tokyo Game Show, but to far from central Tokyo for travellers who wish to experience Tokyo. Apa is true «scyscraper» and the bar at the top of the hotel has a unique view of Tokyo Bay - absolutely breathtaking at night.

Everything was great about the hotel. There are restaurants, 24 hour convenience shops and other shops in the hotel, staff are friendly and the location is great. Lot of nice eating places and train station within walking distance. My only complaint, albeit a very very minor one, is that the room is a bit small.

big and nice hotel. Rooms are a bit small but has everything you need. Expensive parking. Very crowded. Convenient - with a lawson right inside the hotel. Very convenient location if you plan to go shopping at the outlet mall/aeon mall nearby.

We stayed here for a week. Their service is good! The view from our room is good. They have a little amusement, shops (but were closed everytime I went there), convenient store (Lawson), cute nail spa, dental clinic, onsen and etc. They also have buffets. One is on the 50th floor!

This hotel was listed as being in the Disneyland area, it seemed a VERY long way past Disneyland on the train I got. the rooms are quite small, and in desperate need of renovation. the views however, are fantastic from a high floor room (I was on the 25th) location of the hotel was reasonably good, close to the train... The Makhari Messe is one of the largest international convention complex in Japan. It is close to this hotel, only a few minutes on foot. In addition, you can walk to the QVC Chiba Marine baseball stadium. The beautiful bay view can be enjoyed from rooms in very tall building. It is happy for Japanese to take free big public... More

I stayed one night before my flight on the 25 floor. The floor is very convenience, because all the elevators stops there. from the outside it looks a very modern establishment but the rooms are tiny an even in the double bed rooms there is no space for luggage. My friends stayed in the twin bed rooms. The beds were... More
