I loved the Hotel, nice location, near tokyo bay can walk to it... , lots of places to eat nearby... very classy location... Rooms were small.. thats Japan.. beds were also small... even blankets were also small.... hotel must seriously needs to do something about the length of the blanket. It was so uncomfortable. Other things were good..

We stayed here in August 2015 as a family of 3. When we arrived at our room I was disgusted by the cigarette smoke smell in the room. It smelt unbelievably bad. To top it all off we had paid a lot of money for a room on a high floor and a corner room with panoramic windows BUT the... More

We stayed at this hotel due to the visit to Disneyland and Aeon Mall. This was a very big hotel closing to the exhibition area. Once you arrived the Makuhari station, I suggested you take taxi to the hotel. We did go there on foot which was quite far away. It took around 10 to 15 minutes walk. The Garden... More

If you want a cheaper hotel to the New Otani Makuhari, yet walking distance from the Exhibit Halls, that's the place for you. Rooms are tiny so try to upgrade to the deluxe rooms - corner rooms at each floor - these rooms are normal for western standars. Rooms have everything need, clean and confortable beds. Nice view of the... More

Large by Tokyo standards. Very very nice rooms. Great TV internet, epic view, everything. The only sad part were the pillows. OMG why are the pillows so bad? very flat and hard and wired. There is no personality with this place, just a perfect place for the location if you need to do business nearby. Outlet stores nearby and convention... More

Booked the Deluxe room with 2 oversized beds, the room is with walk-in wardrobe. Very clean room, and we had one with sunset view facing the stadium.Go for the onsen at the wing tower, i find it much better than the one on level 4. walk to Makuhari or Mitsui outlet stores is approximately 10 mins, a nice stroll. The... More

This hotel has very great views of Tokyo and the ocean. I was lucky to get a room on 45th floor. The room was a smoking room and it stinks of smoke. Non-smokers please request for a non smoking room and there are very few available. Other than that hotel is very easily accessible from Narita airport and kahim makuhari... More

In Japan it can happen that some of the hotel staff do not speak English, especially since this is a hotel which mainly caters Japanese guests. But that there is not a single person available with even a scarce knowledge of English does not happen very often. The rooms are tiny (not small) and plastic, the tv only features pay... More
