Rooms are very small in this hotel and of all the hotels we have stayed in Japan this is by far the smallest with the smallest bathroom. It is a little out the way but not the end of the world. We left this booking to the last minute so no surprises as to why they still had rooms. The... More

If you are going to attend conference in Makuhari Messe, then APA Hotel and Resort is the best place to stay. This hotel is connected to Makuhari Messe by covered path. This is the biggest advantage of this hotel as wind and rain is very frequent in the Makuhari Bay area. The second advantage is, you can see the Mount... More

A very big hotel near the makuhari mezze. Ideal if you have activities near the area. Its a long 30min ride from tokyo station and even farther from where the action is (shibuya/shinjuku). But the hotel has amenities like the public bath (did not try) and good restaurants within the building. The room is very small even by japanese standard.... More

This hotel is like a bus stop or even better like a train station! There are many people staying in that hotel and I actually wonder why? It is far from the station, doesn't have good style, rooms are small and view from the window is actually not that amazing... Plus onsen water is dirty. I wouldn't recomend it to... More

My family and I stayed here for 2nights in December since it's nearer Tokyo Disneyland. The hotel is generally ok for the price. The hotel amenities are also great. The room though is very small and the aircon/heater is centralized which makes it uncomfortable during cold season when you want a cooler room. I still prefer the individually adjusted aircons/heaters... More

The rooms are good size and have all the necessities for the business traveller. Great since I was In a hurry and forgot some essential toiletries. I got to stay in the new rooms in the West Wing which looked a little more up market than the older central wing. The best part about the hotel is that the Messe... More

I stayed here overnight whilst attending a music festival at the Makuhari Messe. The hotel was incredibly convenient, being linked directly to the Exhibition halls themselves, but with enough distance that noise does not carry. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, with plenty of provisions. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had... More

Room was clean, however, the room is not too big, especially the bathroom is small. Good breakfast. Hotel is connected to the Makuhari Messe, you don't need to go out the hotel, just using the connection bridge. And it's really close, just walk for few minutes! Free shuttle bus to rail station. Coaches to both airports for reasonable fares.

We stayed here for 6 nights recently attending an exhibition. It was convenient as it was walking distance to the Makuhari Messe. Easily reachable from the airport via the Keisei bus (900 yen) and half hour but it drops you off at the train station, which is a good 10 min walk. Not many signs posted, so do ask along... More
