We were bussed here by United Airlines due to a canceled flight, it’s an hour from Narita airport by bus and we arrived after midnight so didn't really see much of the hotel. The breakfast buffet the next morning was above average. The rooms were large and quite comfortable by Japanese standards, had good bathroom amenities and the internet was... More

While there isn't much to do or see in Makuhari, this reasonably-priced hotel is a stones throw from JR Kaihin Makuhari station, surrounded by shops, convenience stores and restaurants. It's a bit further from Makuhari Messe. The Narita airport bus stops right outside, making airport transfers a snap. Access to Tokyo by train is fairly quick with Tokyo Disneyland along... More

My trip was arranged last minute, and the Hotel Springs was booked on my behalf. As I was attending a Broadcast exhibition at the Makuhari Messe, this was a very convenient hotel. Polite, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel is quiet. I don't sleep particularly well, but had no issues here! Within a very short... More

The hotel is convenience for business trip, especially having an event in Makuhari Messe. It is about 15 - 20 mins walking distance from the hotel <subject to your walking speed :-) > In front of the hotel, there are 2 block of buildings that full with restaurants, coffee or pub and convenience shops. On the right hand side, there... More

This hotel is very convenient for business traveler who attend events at Makuhari Messe, it's also nearby JR Kaihin Makuhari and surrounded by many restaurants and coffee shops. There's also round-trip to airport bus stop in front of the hotel. The room is nice and clean.

This was my first time to Japan. It was there for an international convention. The Hotel was very nice. I was a short walk to the convention center approx. four block and only two blocks to the train station. Staff was very helpful. Although their English was limited and my Japanese was nowhere to be found I never felt that... More

Was on a business/vacation trip to Chiba with Kiwanis. The room was very comfortable, the staff was extremely helpful and the food was really decent. (Only ate from the breakfast buffet.) The rates were reasonable and the hotel was well appointed and clean...this was definitely not a run down dump as described in another review. It was nicely located within... More

We were a bit concerned after reading some of the previous posted remarks before heading to Japan. Once there, all our worries went away. The hotel is spotless and although an older building it is luxurious, charming and top quality. The staff is top notch as well and the desk clerks could not be more attentive, making reservations in it's... More

a very awful run down hotel by Tokyo. No room service at night. No WiFi, phones didn't work, torn old curtains in rooms. Rooms smell very musky & moldy. This was United Airline that put us here due to plane problems & canceled flight. I would not let my dogs sleep in this run down dump.

Due to a typhoon in Hong Kong, I got stuck at Narita airport overnight. ANA put me up at the Springs hotel. It took an hour by coach bus to get to the hotel. The common area of the hotel was nice, and desk staff were friendly. Check in was easy. Zero English TV except for video on demand. You... More
