Awesome hotel in Chiba, right near the Bay with amazing views overlooking the ocean, close to the Marlins' Stadium, parks, shopping malls, and the Makuhari stations to get anywhere in Tokyo you want in no time. The staff is extremely nice and very helpful and while not all of them speak English the ones that do do so very well.... More

No language barrier with reception staff, speaks adequate english and willingly assist guest. Rooms are a bit small but for the price you can't go wrong fully equipped and comfortable. Went here for the tokyo game show lot's of restaurants around and convenience stores.

Chose to stay at Hotel Franc as I was looking for a hotel near Makuhari Messe for a concert. Location is superb and only about 10-15 mins walk to Makuhari Messe. 5 mins walk to Kaihinmakuhari station and lots of shops and restaurants all next to each other. I did not have to worry about the concert ending late because... More

This is my second time staying here to attend a conference at the Makuhari Messe nearby. The location is very convenient to the convention centre with only a 10min walk, and close to the Kaihinmakuhari station and a host of shops and restaurants around the station. The single rooms are very small but this time I got a twin room... More

Been travelling a lot with my husband, and stay in different hotels. I was really not happy when we were given a very small room at a very high price. I booked at Hotel Francs, thanks to RCI, which gave us this hotel for the reason that they dont have accredited hotels in Chiba. RCI charged us P24,000 for 4... More

The Hotel Francs is very convenient to the Makuhari Messe convention center in Chiba City. It's a short walk to shopping, a wide variety of restaurants and the train station. Rooms are small, but comfortable, and exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Our sole complaint is the lack of any sort of dresser in the room. A spacious closet was present, but... More

The hotel room is clean and spacious. Hotel provided welcome fruits upon my request. It is very convenient to walk to the train station and also Mitsui Factory Outlet is just 5-10mins walk away. The airport shuttle is just right outside the hotel lobby.

I arrived at Hotel Francs from Handa Airport. There is a shuttle from the airport that stops at the hotel, but arriving at the bus stop at 8:10 PM, I had just missed the last shuttle. There was a shuttle running to the nearby train station though. I boarded that bus with some trepidation, but staff indicated the Hotel was... More

Hotel looks very nice and new on the outside and is sited at a very conveniencr location in Chiba. Hotel rooms were a bit dated but nice and clean and the bathroom facilities were also very clean. We asked for adjointed non-smoking rooms when booking but were assigned rooms there were not. When we asked to switch rooms after we... More

This had to be an excellent place for our convention. The room was a bit too small for my tastes and the halls were a bit smoky...packed with weddings and such. However, the restaurant in the hotel was excellent! The service at this place was spectacular and very reasonable. Our wait help and restaurant director, Ms. Shiori Furuyama, really took... More
