Visited tottori on the Christmas Day. The hot spring of the ryokan is in good quality. This is a small ryokan with only 25 rooms so don't expect the room is decorated as in the Kyoto's fancy ryokan but overall the room is clean and comfortable. There is 2 private bath room for free and no reservation is needed. We... More

Stayed there for a few nights in July. There are private hot springs as well as public ones. Room was very clean, meals were of high quality and staff very attentive. Had dinner in one of the banquet rooms and food was divine. Highly recommended to anyone wanting a traditional real experience in a Ryokan.

Very nice place for family trip. Easy to find the location and not so far from the station. There is a private onsen in the hotel and public as well. Good dinner, good breakfast with good service. My family was very happy to be there in May 2013. We can say this is one of the best ryokan.

There is nothing wrong with this place - everything is fine. The rooms are clean but small. Service was good as was location (10 mins walk from train station). The onsen good (offering 2 private baths as well as the main facility). Food not good. The only place in Japan where I was disappointed.
