Location very central close to JR station as well as bus station. The rooms are tiny and the bathroom a claustrofobes nightmare. This really is not a very nice place to stay at. So if the location is a key factor this might be the right choice. Otherwise do tru to avoid this place

This hotel is pretty close to a railway station. We booked a room for 3 and were pleasantly surprised when we opened the door to a very nice large and spacious room. We were happy and wished we could have stayed longer. It was nice to have a little sitting area in our room. The room was clean and had... More

This hotel is a bit pricey. You get a bigger room eventhough small bed (a bit bigger than those in Tokyo). It provides very good amenities. A make Staff offered to cancel booking without cost. When I told him that 2 persons in my team cannot catch the bus to Matsumoto. I told him to keep the room because these... More

This was a comfortable hotel to stay in. It is close to the rail station, easy access to restaurants and shops, and eu thin walking distance of the wonderful castle. This is quite a sophisticated city set amongst snow capped mountains. We were there early in May and the temperature was in the high 20's: very warm. We explored the... More

Narrow and high business travellers hotel near the station. Small but adequite rooms. In the area there are quite a few shops and restaurants (almost all Japanese Tempura type). More then 30 minutes walk to the Castle, which is a pity.

The hotel is at walking distance from the bus and railway station. Room is small and a little noise is heard from the neighbours. Clean bathroom. Perfect location, it is very easy to walk to the castle. Efficient and kind staff. Besides the castle this town is not very interesting.

Located just across the street from the Matsumoto JR station, the hotel is conveniently located with many convenient stores and restaurants around it. Walking from the hotel to the main attraction, the Matsumoto Castle, takes only around 15 to 20 mins and you will pass by a large shopping mall, Parco, and many other small shops along the way. The... More

The lobby is on the second floor of the building. The check-in was fast and the staffs speak English. Station, convenience stores, drug stores, and restaurants are just within walking distance. Our room was upgraded to the executive room. The room was clean and spacious, amenities were good but I think it needs a revamp.

Hotel is a short walk about a block or two away from the main train station. Room was a bit larger than the typical cramped space in other Japanese hotels. Reception spoke good English and check-in was efficient. There are a few restaurants nearby with a department store next door.
