The big plus about this hotel is the top-notch service from its concierge team. Ms Terai and Ms. Kojima helped make our restaurant and tour bookings ahead of our visit and were even able to procure a taxi for us at the last minute when we were stuck in Shirakawa-go (the bus was full - poor planning on my part).... Hotel locate near JR Station, about 3 mins walk, very easy to access. Hotel room is pretty large and comfortable. Breakfast is super! Staff can speak English, very good services. In JR station, plenty of restaurant, shops, and near the AEON shopping centre. To fish market around 1km, but you can take the bus from JR station to there. Highly... More

We are having a great time staying at Hotel Nikko Kanazawa. Its location is perfect. Just across from Kanazawa station with underpass walkway. So you can walk directly from the train station to the hotel even when it snows or rains (which is quite often there). The room is clean with great mountain view. The staffs are nice and the... This is one terrific hotel in a great location, very close to the train station in Kanazawa. The service could not have been more welcoming and friendly. Terrific breakfast brunch and well sized (especially by Japanese standards) guest rooms. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for two nights based on the review and its location - a 5 minutes walk right in front of the train station. Nikko is one of the chain hotel run by Japan Air Line, it is not the most luxury one, but it is among the top tiers. And this one is certainly standing out among the... More

This is our first stay at the Nikko. We did not have great expectations as this city is not exactly a major city for international business. We were therefore surprised by how well it is run. I stayed on the executive floor in a recently renovated junior suite. The bathroom was divided into a carpeted area and a stone "wet"... More

This hotel has it all! It's conveniently located across from JR Station and surrounded by many fine restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious and filled with lovely amenities. Our room faced towards the hills and offered a marvelous view of a lunar eclipse when we were there in October 2014. What a treat! Future hotel guests may wish to... More

We have a twin room on 19th floor. It's very spacious with all new fittings. Immaculately clean and very comfortable. Had 2 sunny days but now cold and wet and we have enjoyed watching the storms come over the city. Spectacular! Lovely mountains in the distance. Food in the hotel is very expensive so we go to the underground pass... More

We would definetly go back to this hotel very convenient for bus station and train station. We had a beautiful room on the 26thfloor over looking the city. Lady concierge was MOST helpful and suggested an excellent tour for the day starting with Suzuki Museum and to top it all up she recommended for lunch and dinner 2 excellent restaurants... More
