Rooms are small but still acceptable....its right opposite the JR station...and the price is excellent...I paid just over $70 for a night... WiFi doesn't work and the LAN cable is extremely small so one has to sit on the table to surf! There is no AC which might be crucial in summer months!

Location is excellent, just opposite Takayama JR Station, surrounded by shops and restaurants. Close to one convenient store and just within walking distance to the old town and other historical sites. But guest rooms are tiny and hotel has very limited twin rooms. My husband and I had to stay in 2 Single Rooms. But overall is ok.

Just next to the JR station. Clean room, 3 star amenities, but no WIFI. You can find free WIFI at the taxi stand nearby. Old town and sights are to a 2-10 minutes walk. Good choose if location counts and don't want to spend the day in the hotel room. High floor rooms has a nice view. Staff speaks english.

The hotel is just a stones throw from the bus and train station. Its clean and safe. The rooms are SMALL, but very functional. There;s a small but deep tub; they leave bath salts which is a nice touch. There is so much to do in Takayama that you won't mind the small rooms. Breakfast was tasty too.
