My room was perfect for one person. Quick 5 minute walk from the station (where the information office has very useful local maps). Good service at reception and breakfast tastywith free hot drinks from the vending machine during this time. Chose the non-cleaning option if you are only there for a few nights, so you aren't restricted in room access.... More

I have been to Japan for a few times and this was surely the worst lodging experience ever. We booked two rooms that came with a queen bed and bunk bed in each room. We have five persons and checked in as five persons too. During check in, the staff didn't say we cannot have three persons in a room... More

Location of hotel is quite good, about 5-10 minutes walk from Takayama station. Check in is fast and efficient. The room is very clean and well maintained, However the downside is the room is very small for 2 or more people. If you bring many luggage it would be difficult to store your luggage and move around in the room.... More

Stayed here for a night. Booked online with no issues. Had parking but make sure you book. Small room but as expected. Walking distance to anything you need. Breakfast was good enough. No issues, would stay again. Located across the street diagonally down the smaller road is a few restaurants. One is a 300yen yakatori place, recommend. English menu and... More

We stayed here for one night on our way to Shirakawago the next morning. We was expected the room to be small from their reviews on the Net. We had a very present stay here as the Hotel was clean, location is very near to the station, and within walking distance to most of the Takayama town attractions. The breakfast was... More

Checked in this hotel during my visit in Takayama. 3 simple words for me to give to this hotel... Convenience, Clean & Cost effective. It took me about 15mins walk from the bus station to this hotel and on my way to hotel come across many restaurant and stores. So it could be centre of everything for you when you... More

We checked into this hotel in the dead of the winter snow season and found this hotel to be a warm surprise. The room that we had was small, but compared to other hotels of this class in the bigger cities, it was larger than we expected. Not sure if other rooms have it, but we also had a single... More

This Hotel is very close to the station. The rooms are your standard Super Hotel issue. The breakfast included a few local specialities. All in all a decent option. I did not care much for Takayama, the nicest bit was the journey to Takayama from Yudanaka - the scenery around Naoetsu and Toyama is scenically interesting and also from Nagoya to... More

Modern hotel with excellent service and some unexpected little extras to compensate for the small rooms with the tiny bathrooms. We initially booked a double room with loft bed thinking it would be perfect for myself, husband and 10 year old daughter but we had to rent an extra single room even though the first room had a double bed... This chain hotel is supposed to "take care of your health", according to their advertisement. In reality, they don't care at all, they were horribly indifferents to a client pain. If you get sick during your stay in Japan and try to have a room earlier than 3pm, don't even try to negotiate with this hotel. They said their subcontracted... More
