We arrived very late, and stayed as part of our tour. Next morning, we found this hotel is very central, and close to the station. Nagoya is underground city, and we checked and it is true. So many store in underground. Cross the street, we may found handy Family Mart convenience store. The hotel was very small and very ancient... More

one of the the best hotels around Nagoya station. Five stars hotel is attached to Nagoya station. Other hotels are so called "business hotels", which are small and something smell. But this hotel is better than other typical business hotels. But keep in mind that it categorize Business Hotels.

Hotel was in a great place really close to metro and to the train station. Staff in hotel seemed friendly enough but did not speak English. Room was really small which I didn't mind as so well located my problem was that the double bed was pushed against the wall so we only had access from one side. Room was... More

About a two block walk from the Nagoya train station, this hotel is located near shopping, the subway lines and restaurants. Guest rooms are classic Japanese - small. There are two sizes of single beds - 100 and 120 cm. Western guests want the 120. The bathroom is the size of a travel trailer - although there is nearly a... More

Stayed there just one night to get to the F1 in Suzuka, we arrived in the afternoon and got our room. Once in our room it smelled like it was a smoking room, i had a requested a non smoking since our reservation, but when we tried to have it changed we couldn't since it was all booked. Its just... for a 4 start hotel its not up to standard, they don't have wifi in all rooms, some rooms are very small and not modern , bathrooms are very tiny, no room service, limited English spoken at front desk, changed rooms after complaining , and then the Wifi worked, but found out that if more than five on the wifi... I went on business. Stayed in a suite. The hotel is more oriented towards Japanese guests, but should be comfortable for Western travelers as well. I went in the middle of a very hot summer, but the room was cool and easy to adjust the temperature (not always the case in Japanese hotels where the thermostat seems to default to... More

Not sure about the location because I arrived here quite late and left quite early to explore the surrounding area, but I'd think it's pretty good since it's near the station. The rooms are clean and nice, lobby is huge and the receptionists are very helpful ( I needed some help book an express ticket for Universal Studio, and they... More

we got the top floor suite,so the room was quite large, with separate large bath. getting here from train station isn't that straightforward or close. it is about 2 city blocks, even underground. have to go straight out south entrance nagoya station, follow signs for Unimall (written mostly in Japanese). go out entrance # 11. climb stairs, so not good... Location is very good and pricing also. Wifi was working in laptop but not in phone. They also provide LAN network. However before visiting take a converter for electricity. The plug of your laptop may not suit for Japanese sockets! And be sure your charger supports 100 volt. Other wise will also need a voltage converter. Hotel always not support... More
