20 years old and seriously neglected, this hotel is worn down, scuffed and abused all over and definitely in need of some investment. The carpet is horribly discoloured – the walls are damaged and dirtied – the bathroom stained by watermarks. We could see the stuffing poking out the side of the chair in the bedroom. The one lift makes... More

Stayed one night in this hotel, pretty small rooms specially the bath. The smell wasn't so pleasent. Advantage you are very close to the train station and airport which makes it worth for one night. The staff is friendly but acting complicated.

Having stayed in a Comfort Hotel in Kumamoto and found it great for location, room standard and price, we asked the staff to book ahead for us the Comfort Hotel in Nagoya. I dont think I,m overly fussy, over the last two weeks our stays have ranged from one star inns to three star hotels. Not one has had extensive... More

This hotel was very easily accessible to the airport, sea & Train. It is quite close to an attractive part of the city and the free bikes for use take you there without a problem. This hotel had mostly business guests so we had no trouble getting hold of 2 of the 3 bikes they had for use. Not sure where to start - the lifts were dirty and as our luggage made the filthy rug turn back, the carpet below was worse. The room was depressing - the dodgy fluorescent lighting, the tiny double bed, not quite wide enough for two pillows, the absence of a wardrobe.... The bathroom that reminded me of a1960s caravan... Just sleeping in the room now, not comfortable indeed. The claimed 'Free high speed internet' is for the age of early 1990 decade. Limited non smoking room, even we booked one month ahead with request for non-smoking room but still got a smoking room with heavily bad smell. Whole building is old and dilapidated, inside out!

This hotel locates about 20 mins walking time from the railway station, not pleasant with heavy luggage under July sunsine. The staff is friendly and free breakfast is good but the "small double bed" room is really a small double bed! There is enough space for a Japanese room but the bathroom is high up on the floor so beware... More

Conveniently close to the airport, but beware! Took 30 minutes to check in! They apparently had lost our reservation and everyone else's in the line's as well. We had to either show a copy of the receipt or book at the counter and pay double (once for the reservation, once for the counter). Did not even apologize to us. No... More

The hotel is conveniently located near the Nagoya airport, a short walk with moving sidewalks, easy to find. The desk staff were courteous. Free coffee, juice, tea, and water were available 24/7 in the lobby. For a Japanese hotel, the room was quite spacious. There was one double bed with room to walk around the foot and sides of the...
