We stayed here in April for one night as a stopover. We were upgraded to a suite at checkin and had an amazing view of Nagoya Castle by night. Room was spacious and comfortable despite not having a king bed. Quality of toiletries in the upgraded room were great too. Hotel and rooms felt a bit aged, maybe peaked in... More

This hotel is located right opposite the Nagoya castle and a short walk to the Nagoya gardens and pergolas covered in wisteria and scented bushes edge the moat around the castle. View from our room straight to Nagoya castle across the road. Beautiful. Beds even though twin are like large double beds. Excellent pillows and mattresses. Hotel runs a shuttle... More

We stayed here for one night as we transferred from Nagoya to Kyoto and was pleasantly upgraded to the Presidential Suite when we checked in late in the evening. We really appreciated the extra space, bigger bathroom and a separate "living room". Since it was completely dark out when we got to the room, we didnt see the Nagoya Castle... More

Property has a nice location and view of the Castle. Rooms a bit smallish in comparison to most Westin sites. It is clean and well maintained for its age but it is showing wear and tear. Bathrooms very 1970's Japan. Breakfast is good but go early as it is a very very slow process in need of a redesign.

My family and I had a good stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful and we had a lovely view of the castle. We spent the evening at the bar in the hotel and the food drink and service was excellent. I did not give it 5 stars though as we were not told very much on check in... More

First of all the service is great. My luggage was removed from the vehicle before I get off. Service was very friendly and attentive. After staying in several hotels in Japan, I do start to take it as granted. Nonetheless the team should still take credit for it. I was able to book a castle view room, it was already... More

My brother booked this place as it has a magnificent view of the Nagoya castle. It is practically next to it and from our room we can see it both night and day. Booked in was swift and the room was a typical Westin concept. The only thing was this hotel was a bit away from the action, so it... More

5-day leisure stay. Location is 15 minute walk to subway in either direction, free shuttle to main station every half hour for 10 hours. Cigar bar was interesting treat. Concierge was incredibly valuable. 4 or more choices of on-property dining. Paid wireless but you can connect to another wi-fi in certain locations for free. Staff was professional and helpful. Laundry... More

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It isn't that accessible from the main station. Also room seemed a little dated as any other typical Japanese hotels. But view from room window was enough to got me over the little issues.

Had a 1 night stay here over a super busy weekend. Every hotel in the area was sold out including the westin. The hotel is located about a $10 cab ride away from the station.
