It's a business hotel and not recommend for family with kids. The staff know a little bit of English and it takes some time to explain to them what you need, but it's expected. We didn't use any of facilities in this hotel so we have no comments on it. For the location, it takes 8 to 10 minutes walk... More

I stayed here for 4 nights. I took a taxi booked by hotel at much lesser rate than normal almost 50% cheaper. Always book taxi through this hotel if you are staying here. The hotel is very impressive from entrance, reception and the staffs who are excellent. Very good English speaking staff. Rooms are small which is the case with... More

It was a toss up between staying at the Hilton or Tokyu, we decided to stay here for its great location. The hotel is very old-fashioned and the hotel can be considered 'old' at first impression. We stayed on the Executive floor and got an upgrade to a sligtly larger room. The room is still only around 250+ sq. feet.... More

We stayed here for 3 nights.. There is a airport shuttle that stops directly in front of the hotel. However. It only runs about once every 3 hours. We missed it and have to take train with luggage. Ride was okay but can be difficult if travel during busy hours. The hotel is very impressive from entrance, reception and the... More

Hotel is on main shopping street which is convenient for the shops but it was noisy at night with street noise. Room was small and basic. Limited storage space for clothes. Bathroom small and basic. Breakfast in the basement was crowded. Long waits for elevators particularly going down: frequently full from upper floors.

To get here from the shinkansen station you need a taxi, takes about 1O minutes. Everything is good about this hotel, rooms are spacious enough, of course one can say the bathroom is small, but. Service friendly and quick. Breakfast buffet is good with sufficient choice. The hotel is close to the Sakae restaurants, bars, clubs area. Easy to find... More

Great hotel in Nagoya with many attractions, bars and restaurants in the nearby. With excellent rooms in terms of size and quality. Also very good facilities for business meetings. Enjoyed the stay. The only issue that I found is that is a bit far from the airport, if you have a flight in the morning I recommend that you sleep... More

Started off slow and poor. Took over 20 minutes to check in which was really frustrating. Once checked in relaxed and enjoyed my stay. The rooms are nice. Strangely the gym doesn't open until late morning, midday. Not sure why. The gym isn't that great needs an upgrade with machines and weights. Appealing to an older client at the moment.... More

We stayed here as a family of four. We found a very good deal on line and booked directly with the hotel. We wanted to go shopping in the Sakae area and found that it was walking distance to all the major shopping places we wanted to hit. There is a pharmacy around the corner and many convenience stores/coffee shops... More
