This is a luxury hotel very close to the central shopping/cultural area of Sakae. The entrance lobby is very grand (with good air conditioning) and there are very helpful desk staff. The room was large (for four). Breakfast was either in a very grand room off the lobby where they serve an excellent buffet breakfast, or in a smaller room... More

Hotel was decent...but for the price we paid I think it could be better. The room was quite small even for japan standard, but it was sufficient for 2 ppl. No coffee provided in the room, only green tea bags. The location was good. About 7 mins walk to the subway station. A lot of restaurants within walking distance.

Very smart hotel within walking distance of lots of shops, subway and restaurants. We had a room with four beds which is very useful for a family. Very friendly staff. Breakfast (buffet) is quite good but expensive if it is not included in your rate so check that. Luckily they have other options and Vegetarians are well catered for at... More

Good: - room is very quiet - spacious and clean room - good bed, pillow - good view from room - good location - convenient store nearby - very good breakfast Not good: - restaurant chair is too deep and reclining, comfortable for relaxing, but no good for business talk

A very good friend of mine made a reservation for our stay in Japan and before moving to Tokyo. We were both surprise with the overall looks and service of the staff. The price is cheap and you get more than what you paid for. We were both surprised and just said... "awesome"

It's a business hotel and not recommend for family with kids. The staff know a little bit of English and it takes some time to explain to them what you need, but it's expected. We didn't use any of facilities in this hotel so we have no comments on it. For the location, it takes 8 to 10 minutes walk... More

I stayed here for 4 nights. I took a taxi booked by hotel at much lesser rate than normal almost 50% cheaper. Always book taxi through this hotel if you are staying here. The hotel is very impressive from entrance, reception and the staffs who are excellent. Very good English speaking staff. Rooms are small which is the case with... More

It was a toss up between staying at the Hilton or Tokyu, we decided to stay here for its great location. The hotel is very old-fashioned and the hotel can be considered 'old' at first impression. We stayed on the Executive floor and got an upgrade to a sligtly larger room. The room is still only around 250+ sq. feet.... More

We stayed here for 3 nights.. There is a airport shuttle that stops directly in front of the hotel. However. It only runs about once every 3 hours. We missed it and have to take train with luggage. Ride was okay but can be difficult if travel during busy hours. The hotel is very impressive from entrance, reception and the... More
