Loved this hotel for the comfortable and spacious room with a wonderful view of the park. Even the toilet was spacious which was a added bonus as you can bathe so comfortably. It was a luxury to sit by the window relaxing while enjoying the good view be it at night or day time. Hotel may be quite a walking... More

This is a very nice hotel near amenities. Rooms are clean and look fresh. Housekeeping personnel are so alert and kind. We ran out of towels and within 5 minutes, they provided it for us. Also they refused the tips ! So professional... The train station is within walking distance and it was very convenient to walk to the malls.... More

Love staying at quiet locations and this 1936 classic provides elegance, service and relaxation. While rooms are a bit small but North American standards, I found it roomy by Japanese standards and so comfortable. My room overlooked the park and lots of nice streets for walking when I needed a change of scenery.

For Asian 4 star hotels which are usually superb, this one is pretty old, with outdated decor, mediocre breakfast ( sugary instant kellog type cereal and granola,no omellete bar, only scrambled and 5 min boiled eggsy , very low quality and selection of pastry and breads, although, good french toast. Decent japanese breakfast choices, but western style - could do... More

I stayed for a week and was thoroughly happy with this hotel. Firstly the room, it was a reasonable size but with comfortable bed and furnishings, kept very clean. The conference rooms were some of the best. Have seen and used. Good sound and lighting, very comfortable, good catering. I had some business meetings and larger conference sessions and the... More

NAGOYA KANKO HOTEL My husband & i stayed here as part of a package to attend the F1 Japanese Grand Prix, with Susuka approximately 50 mins by metro & train. We found the hotel to be very nice indeed, very attentive & polite staff. They provided us with much assistance when some of our luggage did not arrive on the... More

We stayed here for a week of business meetings. The hotel was comfortable and stylish although almost ready for a lick of paint around doors etc. Nevertheless the rooms were spacious and modern. Ours had a separate area for clothing, a writing desk and sofa. The bed was firm but comfortable and decor relaxing creams and greens. English speaking news... More

My nephew arranged the hotel for us when we made a short visit after a tour of Japan. Can not say a bad word about it. Typical Japanese hospitality and courtesy and the staff had good English skills. The main train station is a short walking distance but if you have luggage for an extended stay, cabs are always available.

Solid classic hotel with wide choice of in-house restaurants, bars and cafe. Clean, quiet. Conveniently located in the city center in vicinity of public transportation and shopping centers. Rooms I would not say spacious but nice and comfortable. Excellent ratio price/quality. Warmly recommend.
