Upon arrival at hotel, I handed over my Expedia voucher to the receptionist and they seemed do not understand English and asking me names. Location is perfect right in the ctr of Sakae surrounded by dept stores. Rooms are generally small in size in Japan and not expected too much. Air-con was dripping and couldn't fix it and eventually put... More

This hotel is very clean and modern. There's a big bath so you can enjoy Japanese public bath, and have a good sleep. There aren't so many business hotels which has some bath like that. I want to stay at this hotel again! The restaurant is normal. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel, so I suggest to find... More

The only redeeming feature of this hotel was that it was relatively close to the station and that the toothbrushes were pretty good. Otherwise, there wasn't a single thing I could recommend about it. The "pillows" were a step above cardboard. There is no closet, which is typical of these type of hotels in Japan, so you have to hang... More

Hotel room and toilet is very veryh small, it's not enough space to open your luggage bag. If you bring two luggage bag, it must be open one by one or you have to put it on the bed. Parking is far away from hotel

Typical Japanese "business" hotel; rooms are small but functional (hey you will never get a room any bigger than absolutely necessary in a Japanese business class hotel), location is great (one block to the subway, plenty of good food close by), staff are pleasant enough BUT... I have stayed here several times before. This time when I booked online I... More

We searched this hotel in tripadvisor and Jalan. The comment from other guests looks fine. However, it was not very clean in the room and toilet. Also, no face/hand soup, comb and fountain in public SPA/Hot spring. But this hotel is really convenience and close Sakae area. Airport shuttle bus and subway is also not far from the hotel. If... Booked a twin bedded room for7 nights. The room was so small, the two beds were nearly pushed together with tiny gap between. We left our two suitcases at our son's flat and used a small suitcase which we had to wedge between the bed and wall. When we enquired to upgrade to a larger room, was told all the room... More

The staff were very helpful and thoughtful in every regard. I put the "Do not disturb" for a whole day and the staff left us a bag by the door containing new towels, a bottle of water and all other amenities. The towels and toothbrushes came in different colours so we knew which brush and towel were ours. Ms. Yokohama... More

I spent one night (Saturday) in this hotel in November 2013. The desk staff were friendly and had reasonable english. The room was very small, and once I had my case in the room there was little or no floor space available. But the bed was comfortable and the room clean. Went out for a walk in the area before... I stayed for 2 nights. The rooms are small, but the beds were very comfortable. It's in a busy area with lots of shops and entertainment. We took a from the railway station, it should also be possible to get there by metro if you're willing to make the effort. The self service breakfast was good, and if you buy... More
