With it's huge YELLOW "Super Hotel" signage, you can't miss it, right on the back side of Nagoya station and about a 2 minute walk. It is extremely popular, so make sure that you book in advance as it is often full. It's earnt it's popularity through it's location, price and the fact that you get a private room with... More

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night and it was okay. A 7 minute walk from the station, just follow the tracks. We found the room oddly set out, there wasn't a great use of space so it was very hard to fit 2 medium suitcases lying down flat (we managed this in all other business-type hotels in japan).... I stayed here for two nights. The front desk does not really speak English, but it was fine checking in I choose this hotel because I roll around a lot in my sleep and needed something larger than a semi-double bed which seems standard in Japan for couples. I saw it had a loft so I figured me or my... More

The hotel is close to the train station. The room was smaller compared to the other hotels we had, but clean and ok bathroom too. Breakfast was ok, wireless worked well and overall would recommend for a short stay.

Nice new building close to JR Nagoya. Easy to find. These chain hotels live up to their name and give good value and spotless accommodation. This particular hotel had the most comfy bed I slept in for a month! Our view was over the rail tracks, great for photographs of 4 trains at once! However the room was quiet and... More

This was the second 'Super Hotel' I stayed in while in Japan (the first was in Nara). They follow the standard 'business hotel' model in Japan, and they do so very well. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable, and the staff professional. Basic amenities such as soap and shampoo are provided, but not things like shower caps or razors.... More

The hotel was very near JR/Shinkansen/Subway station but this giant station was difficult to navigate. There were signs but I still couldn't get my bearing. There were too many shops and restaurants .I always ended up at a restaurant or a shop or a department store instead of the right exit. (By the way,the department stores were fabulous,on the same levels as... More

My husband and I stayed here for one night during a trip round Japan. We paid ¥8,180/night for an en suite double room (12m²) including tax and breakfast. The Super Hotel chain offer basic, budget rooms. For some reason you get a single bunk above the double bed. Our room also featured a fridge, desk and LAN internet access. As... More

My GF loves staying different accommodations like every other woman. So we decided to spend a night in this one of the considerably new hotel chain in Japan. To my surprise, it was a good one. The price was reasonable and its just 10 mins walking from the main station of Nagoya, but not in a sketchy district. The hotel... More

We booked the Super Hotel for two nights as a break between Japanese style rooms in Kyoto and Tokyo. As such we took two rooms for two people each. Booking through the website was a breeze. On arrival we found that both people on duty spoke acceptable to quite good English even though the website specifically warned that travelor should... More
