Stayed here on 25 Dec 2013 for 2 nights.. When we arrived, we weren't able to check in cos it was not their check-in time yet, so we left our luggages with them while we went out to explore Nagoya. Came back and checked in after 3pm cos the hotel doesn't allow check-in before that. We were very very sleepy... More

If you're looking for a clean place to spend the night, this is a good hotel. I forgot to check for a non-smoking room, so the fact that our room was a little smoky was my fault. I found the staff to be friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good (one morning eggs, the next seaweed and rice, both days options... More

The location is good, close the City Hall and the Prefecture Government Hall, only one minute walk from the nearest underground station. I hope that they operate the restaurant until late afternoon, instead of opening for... More

Stayed here with family and it was a nightmare.Arranged for rooms to fit three and was given room with small double bed, then charged excess for extra people, by a staff member that would have been the rudest I have ever experienced. At one stage being told to leave and find another hotel. Breakfast ( whilst free) was awful and... More
