I and my family went to Nagoya in April 2015,11-15. We stayed in this hotel 4 nights. We booked the hotel through JTB agency in Thailand. The location was not so bad but they did not have any non smoking room. Breakfast was very simple with a small set of bread and coffee.

I just stayed over night for my business in Nagoya. Staff was so friendly and enjoyed one welcome drink at the restaurant next to the lobby. Room was quite comfortable and very clean. This is absolutely my prefeered hotel and will come back next time I visit Nagoya.

I've stayed 2 hotels around Nagoya Station area during our trip in last February, we have found Richmond was our best choice. It is easy to find the hotel even it needs to take 7-10mins walk from Nagoya Station. The staff are very helpful & friendly. You will not disappointed of the room size, you know, hotel room in big... The Richmond Hotel is a 10–15 minute walk from the Nagoya Main Station. It is located quite close to the Hilton Hotel. The hotel is an excellent value hotel. All the rooms are small but comfortable. They have a nice desk area and desk chair. Rooms on the North/West side of the hotel have a view. Rooms on the South/East... More

I have used this hotel for both business and leisure travel and can highly recommend it for both. Reasonably priced, close to Nagoya Station, lots of GREAT places to eat within minutes, 30 minute walk to Nagoya Castle and friendly staff.

Stayed overnight in this hotel before kicking off to Takayama. Location: About 5 mins walk from Fushimi subway station (no escalator for the nearest exit). Literally located next to Hilton Nagoya. Quite a few eateries, coffee shops and drug stores along the street. But the area was pretty quiet at night when compared to Sakae. Room: 18 sqm sized and... More

Western style hotel with a typical Japanese match box bathroom. Decent hotel within a short walk of the nightlife. Didn't try breakfast but (an expensive) Starbucks is just over the road. Would stop again.

For one or two nights this is a good hotel. The rooms are small even by Japanese standards. The hotel feels new and fresh with a very attractive cafe. A welcome drink voucher was a good touch. Location is good, a very short taxi ride from JR station and in a nice part of Nagoya. A good choice to avoid... More

We stayed for two nights. The rooms are small but clean and functional. Good central location. Really good breakfast with a choice of western or Japanese food. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

We arrived in the evening and were greeted by a friendly girl who spoke English well (she gave me clear instructions on trains to the airport). We were given free wifi and a free drink at the gorgeous cafe downstairs. The room was spacious and well appointed, with just a hint of cigarette smoke. All TV channels were in Japanese,... More
