We stayed only 1 night in August 2014. Sanca Inn Hotel is located very close to Nagoya train station. The room is very small but equipped with all amenities. Free wifi is available only in the lobby area (plus a computer station that is for free for customers). Hotel is a little bit tired but it's very convenient with lots... More

It is located very close to Nagoya train station. Just across the big electrical store near Sinkashen exit. The room is very small but equipped with all amenities. Free breakfast is provided, like the Japanese rice, soup and many different type of bread. Unfortunately, no wifi provided in the room but there is a computer station in the lobby that... More

Booked a 'Deluxe' Double Room for the one night so as we could catch a train to the airport early the next morning. I choose this hotel based on its location (& price), as it is a short walk from Nagoya train station. The room is quite small, but as we were using it as a stop-over, it was adequate... More

After staying here for seven nights, this hotel really grew on us. All the staff were very attentive, friendly, and helpful. The hotel is walkable (even with heavy luggage) from Nagoya Station, which provides great rail and subway connections to different regions. The compact room size did not bother us as we did not expect very spacious rooms in Japan.... More

I stayed here for 2 nights in early October 2013 which has easy access to the Nagoya train station. I was given a room on the 11th floor but late in the night heard some chattering noises from the crowd nearby to the hotel. When I exit the hotel to go to the train station for my trips, I encountered... More

Our travel plans for that night went terribly wrong that ended us at Nagoya Station at 11.30PM with nowhere to stay and with the intention to leave at 7AM the very next day. Just a short wander from the station there are a few places but this was the first one we walked into and we were more than happy.... More

Very conveniently situated in easy walking distance from the Nagoya train station. Good option for an overnight or short stay. My room was small but quite sufficient, being clean with adequate amenities and quiet. My only real problem was with the uncomfortable pillow; a problem not uncommon with Japanese hotels. The reception staff were efficient with adequate English skills to... More

Do not expect 5 or 4 or even 3 stars for this hotel - but if you want to stay overnight near the train station (Shinkansen) on your way North or South, this is a hotel worth looking at...it is small and compact but good value for money. None of the staff really spoke English but were helpful and accommodating.... More
