We spent two very enjoyable nights at the Best Western Nagoya earlier this month. I did almost no research prior to booking this as our travel plans changed so I was especially pleasantly surprised. I never think of Best Western as being more than a roadside motel but this one is great! The hotel is in a prime location in... More

Stayed there twice in between a visit to Kanazawa and it was perfectly fine. The room was decent and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, we left some laundry to get done there between our stays and nearly had a heart attack when we got the bill. It was around £70 for a full load. Perhaps we should have... More

Overall this was a decent place to stay. Our only problem was that it's way too small for 3 people. The third bed made the small room really cramped. We couldn't use the desk and chair as a result. Also the third bed was a bit drafty since it was placed in the path where the air conditioning vent blew.... More

I have stayed in many hotels in Japan but the double room we got was surprisingly bigger than many of the matchbox rooms I stayed in before. It even had a small table, a comfy upholstered chair and floor lamp aside from the standard wall attached table and chair. There is enough space to open two medium size suitcases with... More

Booked through Agoda for a short break during the Golden Week. Reasonably big queen room facing the restaurants at the next block. Japanese breakfast spread was adequate with the usual fare. Location is excellent, near enough to Sakae and yet not too congested. There is the usual Starbucks on the ground floor of the building, Yamachan just behind and at... More

This hotel was quite easy to access from the train station by taxi. It was comfortable and affordable. The Midland shopping centre is nearby and its close to many restaurants and eateries. Its a good mid priced accomodation.

We were robbed in our hotel room while asleep. About $2,500 stolen. On 4/23/15, we checked-in 5pm ish.The hotel upgraded us to a Deluxe King Suite-room 1401-when our reservation was for a queen room. Unbeknownest to us, this room facilitated the robbery later that night since we put our luggage and my purse in the living area separate from the... More

The hotel itself is not similar to the Best Western hotels you find in the U.S. but dont let that discourage you because it's still a nice hotel. There is a Starbucks attached to the hotel, so for all my coffee fiends this ia pefect for you! Lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The Sakae train station is about... More

Was not able to check-in before 1400 hrs, and I am not sure if it was due to lack of rooms, or just strict policy... The location is good, with a short walk to the subway, and with a Seven Eleven (where they have ATMs that accept international cards) midways between the hotel and the subway. We booked a superior... Good location, close to restaurants and shops including Mitsukoshi. Walking distance to subway which has a mall with nice shops including a tea store. Nice and clean. restaurant food is good and they have a Japanese tatami room as well. Good overall.
