This hotel was quite easy to access from the train station by taxi. It was comfortable and affordable. The Midland shopping centre is nearby and its close to many restaurants and eateries. Its a good mid priced accomodation.

We were robbed in our hotel room while asleep. About $2,500 stolen. On 4/23/15, we checked-in 5pm ish.The hotel upgraded us to a Deluxe King Suite-room 1401-when our reservation was for a queen room. Unbeknownest to us, this room facilitated the robbery later that night since we put our luggage and my purse in the living area separate from the... More

The hotel itself is not similar to the Best Western hotels you find in the U.S. but dont let that discourage you because it's still a nice hotel. There is a Starbucks attached to the hotel, so for all my coffee fiends this ia pefect for you! Lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The Sakae train station is about... More

Was not able to check-in before 1400 hrs, and I am not sure if it was due to lack of rooms, or just strict policy... The location is good, with a short walk to the subway, and with a Seven Eleven (where they have ATMs that accept international cards) midways between the hotel and the subway. We booked a superior... Good location, close to restaurants and shops including Mitsukoshi. Walking distance to subway which has a mall with nice shops including a tea store. Nice and clean. restaurant food is good and they have a Japanese tatami room as well. Good overall.

Booked by my son for a weekend break when we visited Japan, the hotel is very clean. The rooms are slightly larger than normal Japanese rooms. Beds firm but comfortable. Starbucks at ground level for a caffiene fix when you need one. Five minute walk to convenience store and subway.

This hotel is well located and close to the Sakae subway station. There is a Starbucks coffee shop on the first floor. The staff is friendly and accomodating. The bed is confortable and the Internet access is super-fast and stable. Our room was spacious enough and the room was a bit larger than some Japanese hotel rooms. Easy to locate,... More

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel and we found its location to be very convenient. We used the Airport Limo bus for our transfers and it stops at the hotel next door (Nagoya Tokyu). Walk 2 mins and you are at the hotel. Room size is just right. The staff and service are very good. The only comment is... More

Away from the Nagoya central station, which isn't necessarily a bad thing due to the heavy human traffic, Best Western was one of our more comfortable hotels we stayed in around the chubu region at a similar price. The subway can be really packed with with a lack of elevators so if you have heavy luggage, better take a cab... More

Compare to hotels in this price range the rooms are actually quite large. Not the typical Japanese hotel room where you almost have no room to walk around the bed. The hotel is located in the Sakae area where there are plenty of shopping and food options. The hotel is a 10 min walk to the subway but compared to... More
