Away from the Nagoya central station, which isn't necessarily a bad thing due to the heavy human traffic, Best Western was one of our more comfortable hotels we stayed in around the chubu region at a similar price. The subway can be really packed with with a lack of elevators so if you have heavy luggage, better take a cab... More

Compare to hotels in this price range the rooms are actually quite large. Not the typical Japanese hotel room where you almost have no room to walk around the bed. The hotel is located in the Sakae area where there are plenty of shopping and food options. The hotel is a 10 min walk to the subway but compared to... More

Hotel location is quite good but not for those who drive. No drop off porch for luggage and the hotel reception is located on the 2nd floor. Carpark is at another nearby location and cost about Yen1500 per night. Rooms are fairly larger though, compared to those in Tokyo & Osaka.

this hotel located right in the middle of sakae. about 2-3 mins walk to subway. From airport, just take airport limo bus (1000¥ one way) and get off at nagoya tokyo hotel, turn left, walk about 2 mins the hotel is just next to Starbucks. the room was clean and spacious compared to rooms in Tokyo and Osaka.

This hotel nearby all the station and town. The place quite safe and my kids can go up the room to find their friends without accompany by adults. The room quite small so we can't speak too loud orelse others people can hear very clearly.

Centrally located hotel within 5 minutes walk from Sakae Station. Clean rooms of decent size by Japan standard. There is a Starbucks located on the g/f, near other eating places. Although the hotel is not located in the busy sakae central area its within close proximity. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a good value... More

The front desk staff was very helpful in showing us where to go and explaining to us how to get there. One particular front desk staff spoke great English as she had studied in a college in upstate NY. When we were checking out, Fujita even helped us roll out our luggage in a nearby hotel where we were going... More

The staff was very helpful in trying to assist us to wherever we tried to go. We had to check out earlier and the hotel allowed us the continued use of the wheelchair for our mother. Upon check out, Fujita even helped roll out all our luggages to the hotel that had the airport shuttle. She definitely went over and... More

Don't expect anything. Service and room cleanliness is just average. Front Desk staff did not show any friendliness or smile despite there was no queue. This was out of my expectation as their response in emails was polite and helpful. The location is very convenient.

Only a bit far away from subway but very near to airport limousine station. Staffs are very helpful and good at English. Many restaurants nearby and close late until midnight. Since the area is really for nightlife, it's not quite suitable for family with younger.
