The hotel is in a convenient location, a short walk to Sakae metro station, shops, including a FamilyMart (around the corner from Tully's Coffee shop on the corner from the hotel) and a 7/11 (across the street on the next block up from the FamilyMart), restaurants, department stores (Mitsukoshi, down the main street Hisaya-odori, away from the hotel, has reasonably... Stayed there for our 16th wedding anniversary. We stay in a large de luxe room on the highest floor with a street view and an openable window. Room was clean, comes with humidifier, and free special very aromatic coffee pods that is to be prepared by a coffee machine. Bed is big for 2 Asian size adults, if you have... More

We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is located right next to Sakae Subway Station, a very convenient location at Nagoya's city centre. Some tourist attractions such as the TV Tower and the Oasis 21 are within 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Check-in staff was friendly and courteous, and was able to speak basic English. Breakfast could be... More

this is a typical Japanese hotel wich means very tiny room, poor air conditioning, hard mattress. however the location is in the middle of Nagoya's action, the staff is very nice and the hotel is sparkly Japanese clean. requesting a non smoking room can be hard so be ready. a ok place.would prefer an international chain hotel but this is... The Location of this hotel is great and convenience! It's nearby the landmark at Sakae: the TV tower, Oasis 21... and also only 5 mins walk to the Metro. Around the hotels, there're many restaurants, bars which open till mid-nite~ Good for you enjoying the night life during the vacation! Hotel room is a bit small, but still quite clean... More

This medium sized hotel in central Nagoya is centrally located next to the local hotspots in this city. I reserved a deluxe room as the smaller rooms were not available at the time of booking. The room itself was relative spacious by Japanese standards and the living area was well appointed with a queen sized bed, a small couch and... More

I stayed in Hotel Trusty Sakae with a friend for 4D3N, the hotel room is small and old (expected for normal Japan's hotel) but very clean and tidy. High-speed free WiFi is available. The hotel locates at the Meitetsu line 10A/B exit, within 100 steps walk you will see it, across the road there are landmark buildings of Sakae -... More

Convenient to good shopping, many shopping malls above and below ground, great restaurants and transport is just about as close as your door step, hotel very comfortable except for the beds which were very hard, clean, staff very attentive. Also convenient to a lot of attractions such as museums and Castles. Taxi's are very cheap to get around Nagoya and... More

It's just a 2 min walk from the Sakae station and very near to the shopping area of Sakae and the Sakae Ferris Wheel (Sky Boat SUNSHINE SAKAE). We booked a room for 3 adults but only to find out that is a double bed room. The room is tiny but have everything u need. Quite disappointed with the room... More
