The hotels rooms are very simple just the basics, perhaps for the price paid it is reasonable the service is not bad, people are helpful, the bathroom was clean, need more on food and beverage hospitality, the location was great and they have a separate restaurant that is a sea food rest. Which is great food, it's not within the... More

Others may have had bad experiences at this hotel, but my experience reigns pretty good as a one! Everything was just sufficient for me during my stay.. Food is reliable in the mornings, and very tasteful in the evenings.. I was not looking for anything spectacular from this hotel, just a place of peace to rest a few nights, and... More

I cant say that it not a good Hotel. It is. I stayed there for 3 nights, other than Location and staff everything is ordinary and maybe less than ordinary. Very small rooms and toilets, small elevators and very small swimming pool. Ordinary breakfast. Staff is excellent and the hotel is located in an excellent location. You can find other... More

This hotel is really a gem. The rooms are really bright & spacious - with large windows. The beds are really comfortable and the bathroom is lovely. Would fully recommend this for anyone visiting Aqaba. The staff were really friendly & helpful. It's just back from the beach so nice and quiet and there are plenty of nice restaurants around.... I booked the hotel and I know that it's a 3* starts hotel. I was surprised it deserves more very clean and the staff very helpful. They had a good swimming pool not big but good. Breakfast fast very good and had omelets and fresh bakery breads

The hotel looked nice at night with all the lights on and candles but during the day it lost most of it charm. It definitely is not the one and only boutique hotel in Aqaba (as their claim on their web); there are plenty of those in the vicinity. The rooms were far from deluxe and spacious. The décor might... Our stay here was just fine, but not luxurious . The room was clean, fresh towels every day. The breakfast buffet was good. The hotel has a nicer lobby than its peers. The staff was helpful. It is centrally located. In the evenings we walked to several of the 5-star hotels for drinks and then local restaurants for dinner. There... More

no service, no guest handling, no managers available after midnight, very bad, the stuff does not care of the guest.. the guest and hotel's reputation are not valuable to the team, the hotel's classificaton does not deserve the four stars symbol

A nice experience. It is not the most luxurious hotel, but it is perfectly nice. The real strength is the service and welcome - the guys behind reception were the most helpful I have ever encountered and responded to every query with courtesy and good advice. I would advise anyone visting Jordan to stay at this welcoming family run business.... More
