Hotel quite conveniently situated with comfortable rooms apparently fit to groups for one night Reception desk with one person (when there is someone) who doen't speak english Restaurant open in the evening whenever there are groups (and luckily for individuals because it's really gloomy) When I checked out unfortunately the machine was out of order (I had to get cash... We stayed for 3 nights at the hotel. We arrived after catching the Jett bus from 7th circle in Amman. 9JD for about a 3 hour trip. The hotel is about a 10-15 min easy walk from the bus station. It is centrally located being about the same distance from the beach, and the town centre. It is in what's... More

This is very much a 3-star hotel BUT the water was hot and the air conditioning worked so what more can you ask for? Perhaps some more power points and somewhere to put your stuff and maybe some fruit for breakfast. But the staff were friendly and helpful!

It' absolutely not the red tulip quality we are used to. Hotel is old and not maintained. Room, lobby, restaurant, everything looks old, dirty and bad. The staff is not friendly at allm Breakfast is good and you have a watercooker and coffee and tea at the room. Verry high price for what you get.

Please don't choose rooms facing the front road. You can hear police siren middle of the night. Choose lower floor because the higher you go, more difficult for you to access WIFI. Hotel does not provide kettle to boil water and therefore no hot beverage available.

An elegant hotel with relatively spacious rooms, the food is ok, but the TV has a tube, what was used 20 years ago. We found mold in the refrigerator, the AC is loud and not so efficient. Probably this is more of a transit or groups hotel.

The hotel staff are rude and dont understand english. I asked them to refil the tissue box and give a toothbrush - Never got it even after calling the housekeeping 4 times. After the 4th call, a male staff at the reception called me in the room asking what i need and said its not available in the hotel. What... More

The hotel is located located in the town center, but the downside is that the road below i very noisy till elevenish in the night, and on one side of the hotel there is a school so that's a bit noisy in the mornings. the hotel is a bit run down, our toilet leaked, and there are the little signs... Be careful, although there are no signs stipulating this, the receptionists will not appreciate guests taking alcohol into their rooms from the liquor store 100m away. However we had an awesome evening playing cards on the 7th Floor whilst the sunset over the red sea. The breakfast is substantial although the coffee less desirable and a turkish coffee with cardamon... More
