I can't find a single major criticism against Classic Hotel, the staff were friendly and nice, the room was big, clean and in a good condition. Ive been noticed though that the owner of the hotel changed the management around a year ago. but my visit to Aqaba was in August 2013 and I honestly couldnt find a single criticism

Cheap hotel, but very tacky. Room was not up to par. Is not a good value for money. Staff also were not willing or able to help much with anything. There are other hotels in the surrounding area that are a much better value.

This hotel was a welcome relief from the late ferry ride from Nuweiba. It was beautifully clean and the beds were very comfortable with huge soft pillows that you just sank into. The shower was excellent as well. Breakfast was a delicious buffet with the option to have an omelette if wanted. The location was excellent - my hubby went... More

We stayed here for one night on a small group tour. In the time that we were there I could not see a clean surface anywhere. One of our group had to move three times to find a room that they could sleep in. One had faeces all over the floor of the bathroom, another smelled of urine. One of... More

Stayed here overnight DBB on Jerusalem excursion and enjoyed this hotel. Very large clean room that you could not fault. Staff in the hotel very friendly and helpful, dinner was fine but no sweet course and breakfast more than adequate. Really cannot understand the critics, all our group (about 12) were happy.

We were given a room with two small windows one of which opened onto a dark and narrow shaft with nesting pidgeons and the other onto an even darker shaft with scaffolding. The floor of the room had not been cleaned for many days or weeks and was not cleaned during our 3-night stay despite repeated requests to clean it.... More

Its not much I need from a hotel - just it should be clean. This one had greasy glasses, dirty towels and bed sheets, ages ago cleaned bathroom, had no hot water, windows of part of rooms were looking at dark hole and the ones that had view to hospital were so dirty and greasy that you can hardly see... And the staff is just totally unfriendly. The couple we travelled with, had to chancge rooms for 3 times, before they found a... More
