Just spent 3 nights there, very nice hotel and the service is five star plus. I like the location it is just a nice drive on Aqaba beach road, little far from down town but all what you need is available in the hotel. Nice rooms and restaurants, I wish if this hotel is next to my place. more

Like the curate's egg, this hotel was good in parts. The good parts; lovely beach, good views, very good food. Bad parts; untrained staff [language problem?]. The 'hostess' who escorted us to our room got hopelessly lost[ I think the architect who designed this building must have been on seriously bad chemicals]...but the hotel really is a maze. No, not amazing!... more

I was able to book rooms through a discount site for $129/night. Although some of the reviews here were less than favorable, at a price half of other 5 stars, we gave it a shot. Overall, great resort. We liked that it was tucked outside of Aqaba and the beach/pool facilities were fantastic. We were upgraded to a room with... more

My wife and I just came back from staying there on Oct 22, 23 and 24th. I'd fly back tomorrow if I could, Tucked out of the way on the highway to Saudi the Radisson Blu is the perfect place to stay in Aqaba. A sandy beach with cabanas, 9 pools, 2 5 star restaurants, free parking, free internet, friendly... more

This relatively new resort complex is located on the "south beach" of the tiny slice of red sea coast that is part of Jordan. It is in fact closer to the saudi border than the town of Aqaba, which is a 10-15min drive away on what seems to be a permanently empty dual carriageway. Stayed with the family for 3... more

This is a beautiful looking hotel, but service and amenities are a bit patchy. The staff on the front desk and in the shops were unfriendly and unhelpful (for example, particularly uninformed about snorkeling enquiries). The room was clean and stylish, but missed out on all the little things you'd expect of a 5* hotel - no iron, pen/paper, coffee/tea/kettle,... more

This is simply not a 5 star hotel. The beach was littered with trash and during our stay we saw no attempt by the hotel to clean or rake the beach. As a result, it was not enjoyable to sit by the sea or to walk along the waves. In addition, the hours at the pool were limited, opening only... more
