We recently spent two nights at this hotel, and for the amount we paid thought that the amenities/services or lack thereof were totally unacceptable. we received a confirmation for the hotel. however the hotel cancelled the reservation at 10:00pm when they mistakenly entered the wrong exp date for the credit card. when we raised an issue Tiffany the less than helpful "supervisor' hung up the phone. we contacted the chain they told us " the hotels are independently run' ..... buyers beware! The staff at this hotel were a delight and went above and beyond each day to ensure that my visit (and that of my colleagues) was pleasant. Had a terrible experience. When I checked in , the young concierge was rude and indifferent and more interested in flirting with the teenaged boys in the lobby then paying any attention to my checking in. At about 12 30 am, the guests across the hall from me became extremely loud and raucous. They were high school hockey teams there... more

The staff at the hotel is terrific, but the rooms and bathrooms are very small and need updating. I can't say the room is dirty - but it looks dirty and dingy. The continental breakfast is adequate and free. There is free wireless internet. The pool is indoor and heated, but very small - it can't be called a swimming... more

This is a nice hotel. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and our breakfast was good. Overall we had a great stay and will definitely stay here again. more
