I like this place. All I need is a room with a bed, a shower, and a desk to work at that is clean and still looks modern. I found it here. The service is especially good. The front desk staff are so friendly and conversational, and because I am a regular each week, they know me and treat me... More

Alexandra thank you for staying with us, we are so glad that we are your hotel of choice while in the area. We always want to make all of our guests feel like this is their home away from home. It is always easier to travel when the staff acknowledges you and knows who you are. I will personally look... More

We booked this hotel because of the great price $80usd. It is a great spot if your looking for something simple and a place to lay your head. we had 2 people in our room and it was smaller than if you were to pay for a bigger hotel. Only 2 double beds. to try and squeeze 4 people in... More

I have been staying here for the last 3 years when visiting Buffalo. The rooms are always clean. If you need a fridge, you will have to ask in advance as we have had one several times without requesting and last visit (December 2011) we didn't and kind of expected to have one! The rates are reasonable. There is a... More

The hotel is nice and clean and you can get a room for less than 70$ with lot of free amenities and facilities like internet, parking, microwave, fridge, indoor pool hot tub and a business centre, free bbreakfast. However for the hotel to have a wow factor, I would recommend having a variety in the breakfast, the same breakfast items... More

Location: dead end of street. Lots of well-lit parking. Minutes away to/from Niagara Falls. Welcoming & courteous front desk staff. Small rooms with 2 full size (not queen) beds; usual Sleep Inn tubular shower. Thin walls: you can hear TV & neighbors next door. Truly fantastic breakfast (with sausages/eggs) ! More

Thank you for choosing the Sleep Inn Amherst property while in the area. Our rooms are either two double beds in a standard sized room or one king bed in a standard sized room, but yes you are correct we do not offer anything with queen size beds. It is great to hear that you enjoyed our breakfast as that... More

We chose this area due to close proximity to many of the shopping malls we wanted to hit. We were attracted to this hotel due to the pre-purchase price of $75 which included a fridge and a microwave in our room. From the moment we arrived in their lobby and saw the many awards they had received, we knew that... More

This is my third time staying at the Sleep Inn Amherst. Another good stay. Quiet, and clean. Very friendly staff. The only thing I would change is to throw the stupid waffle maker in the garbage and come up with something else. I haven't quite figured out why every hotel finds a need to have this useless piece of equipment... More

We've stayed here numerous times over the last three years. ( Daughter in college). Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is responsive and professional. The only minor critique is they need more pool towels. Simply ask and they come with just 4-5 for several people. Grounds are kept neat and tidy. More

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a weekend in late October. The hotel is in a good centralized location for doing some cross-border shopping, with plenty of local restaurants to choose from.
