Nice is the word to describe this place. Nice hotel, nice staff, nice room, nice pool--you get the drift. My only complaint (and this seems to be with most Choice Hotels properties) is that the pillows are too soft. You get four pillows on your bed which range from really soft to really, really soft! I prefer firm pillows where... more

Spent two nights at the Sleep Inn and had no complaints. Easy access, friendly staff, clean room with a small but clear flat screen TV. There is no tub, but I prefer the roomy shower to a tub with a pull-curtain. The hotel seemed fresh and the staff said it has been constantly upgraded. The desk staff cheerfully printed out... more

My husband and I stayed at this hotel on 10-31 thru 11-3 for leasure - (Bills Game and exploring Buffalo/Niagara area). We arrived Friday 10/31 after 6:00 p.m. and check-in was completed within 2 to 3 minutes - greatly appreciated after our long ride. The hotel is extremely accessable as it is right off the freeway on Rt 62 (Niagara... more

Amazing hotel. Vary clean and our room was vary modern. It had a king bed, large flat screen TV, leather chair, and vary comfortable bed. My girlfriend loved the bath room as well. The staff here takes pride in there job and it shows. The breakfast was vary good and the price was great as well. We had a problem... more

This is my second trip to Sleep Inn (see review titled "Not so great") . On my last trip there was a sign promising renovations, so I thought that I would give the hotel another try. I was very disappointed by the cleanliness of the bedding. After checking in, I discovered that the blanket was covered in hair. I called... more

Again this place was great inside in every way. My only complaint is with the outside where people seem to drop trash and couches near the property. Love the pool, staff, rooms and everything else about this hotel. more

I spent one nite at this property on business....The room is quite tiny....no bathtub, lots of door slamming in the hallway. It appeared to be clean. Just the basics, and okay for a short stay. Breakfast buffet mediocre...pastries and so forth looked "day old", but okay for coffee and beverages. I will request a different property on my next trip...just... more

We spent one night at this hotel on the Labor Day Weekend. We wanted somewhere fairly reasonable in price; all we wanted to do is go shopping. The Room: The room was very spacious, clean and bright. The bathroom sink was located in the room itself, separate from the shower, which was great. The room did not have a tub,... more

We just arrived home from a 1-day stay at the Sleep Inn to do some shopping over the Labour Day Weekend. Hotel: Clean and well-kept. Parking was adequate, and checking in and out was a breeze. Hallways were quite nice. Room: On the small side but quite comfortable for a short stay. We had a room with 2 double beds... more

I stayed here with my daughter for two nights for her visit at Buffalo State College. I was lucky enough to spend both nights in the hotel while she stayed one night on the couch of a dorm room. The hotel was clean and new. Our room faced I-290 but road noise was little the first night and not at... more
