I stayed here overnight on my way to Canada. The hotel is really clean, rooms were large, bed was comfortable. It's right off the interstate, so easy to get to and out from. I would agree with another reviewer that the plumbing is quite noisy and can keep you from sleeping in. I didn't have a chance to check the... more

Stayed en-route to Canada at this Holiday Inn. I was greeted and welcomed by a smiling desk staff as a Priority Club member and given the traditional "welcome guest" bag. ( this usually has some food goodies and a discounted drink at the bar etc) as well as a superior room. It was very clean and comfortable. Pluses for this... more

I found the front desk staff to be uncourteous. We also requested a housekeeper because we were sleeping when they came by but the one they sent only made the bed, no new towels. This was after the desk told us that all the housekeepers had already gone home for the day (1pm on a Saturday). The following day we... more

My colleague booked both rooms and the staff completely ignored that I was traveling with, never asked for any of my information or if I was going to pay for the second room or even acknowledged that I was there? As platinum members we were treated no different than any other guests, no upgrades were offered and the desk staff... more

This hotel is clean on the inside and out. The pool is great and not crowded, same with the Jacuzzi. The workout room had what seemed like new equipment with TV's on them and I had never seen that before! The staff were all really friendly. more

We had to attend a wedding and the bride reserved blocks of rooms here at a great price for the out of town guests and this was a good choice for the hotel. Stayed 2 nights, rooms were clean & had a choice of pillows, everyone was polite, friendly and willing to please. The only problem we had was the... more

Stayed here,as an event we were attending was held there. Location great near highway, SUNY, shopping, food. The staff was not very attentive, the man checking us in did not even make eye contact, even when we asked questions- it was strange. The room was okay, furniture looked like the 80's, bedspread maybe the 90's. Bathroom was nice- pretty shower... more

On a July 4th weekend trip to Niagara Falls, we stayed for 3 nights at Holiday Inn Amherst-Buffalo. We selected this hotel due to: a. it was far enough from Niagara Falls to avoid the local traffic b. me being a member of the chain's Priority Club Located on Niagara Falls Blvd, this hotel sits in a Niagara area neighborhood... more

I recently returned from a business trip to Buffalo, NY with a colleague. We both discovered to our surprise that our credit cards had been charged for two separate Holiday Inns in the Buffalo area (having stayed at a Hyatt, we were understandably confused). Apparently, when our office Travel Coordinator tried to reserve rooms online, she had gotten an error... more

The hotel and the staff were all nice. I liked the restaraunt next to it, the food was always good. My only complaint was that after the first night, the wireless internet stopped working for my section of the hotel. Spent a lot of time on hold with their so-called tech support, but they were of no help. Made it... more
