I booked the Hotel Indigo for it's "Stay-Park-Fly" deal. I had a flight out of Buffalo Airport and this hotel offers shuttle service to and from the airport along with parking. I liked the hotel's parking lot and felt very safe leaving my car there. The shuttle service uses a Cadillac Escalade, so that was a nice, comfortable ride! The... more

I wish to respodd to the last post. This hotel was great all the way around. I thought the price was a little on the high side, however, we were treated with nothing but respect. I do want to point out that I was with a few of these sports teams that the last poster was complaining about. Buffalo had... more

I loved the lobby area. It has fun, helpful check-in staff. It is bright and colorful. We spent time at the bar with some fun patrons. We did not try the coffee/cafe area. Our room was pretty but the comforter covers were stained. Upon asking for clean covers housekeeping took the comforter covers to clean them w/o a problem but... more

I was on business in Amherst/Buffalo, but the Marriott and Hilton chains were booked. So instead I booked a room at the Hotel Indigo. It was next to the Marriott, and it had received good reviews. Bad idea. Upon checking in, it looked fairly trendy/hip, especially for Buffalo. The room was newly decorated with bright colors, even though the architecture... more

before I booked this hotel, i went and researched it on trip advisor and noticed it was next to Buffalo University. and read a few reviews that mentioned the rooms were poorly insulated. The walls and doors were hollow and the large gaps in between the floor and the door allow any sound from Hallway to come through. Check in... more

Very nice hotel with fun contemporary decor. Bright colored paintings, cool lighting and nice wood floors. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Service was excellent; we walked in and asked for a room and the desk clerk did not hesitate to match the price I saw on Orbitz when mentioned by me. Did not get a chance to use the... more

its just goes to show what some paint and good designers can do. The owners of hotel indigo have succeeded in taking what is basically your typical Hampton inn box and turning it into a great little boutique hotel. The smallish lobby is nicely decorated in bright blues and yellows. In addition to the front desk, you there is also... more

Really enjoyed this hotel --- it represents the new standard that even chain hotels should be fun, and they've done a good job with it. I had a few complaints -- bathroom wasn't exceedingly clean (long hair and dust in the corners), bed was too soft for my liking, and the doors close really loudly disturbing sleepers. But these complaints... more

Visually, this is a very appealing hotel. The lobby/bar/checkin are very updated. There are some funky adriondak type chairs in the bar area that I would love to have at home. Checkin and Checkout were speedy and pleasant. The rooms are nicely appointed with "fake" hardwood floors and tile. No carpet -- which I liked (at first). The room is... more

Wow, what a great hotel! The ambiente is wonderful, everything is beautifully decorated. It looks like a very modern Spa, with blue skies above you, colorful paintings on the walls and everywhere little notes and sayings. Check in and out was without any problem, very friendly staff. They have a complimentary internet in the rooms and also a business center... more
