We had just come back from over a week in the bush of Zambia and Stanley was just the place we needed. What a tremendously well-thought our, unique and service-oriented lodge. From the moment we were met at the airport, to the welcoming at the hotel by Samson and Rick, to the food, the over-the-top attentive service (Samson was liking... more

Small intimate lodge, with exceptional service. A great place to relax after a week in the South Luanga Bush Camps. First Class accommodations, with a open concept lodge and rooms. Being on a Gluten Free and Dairy free restricted diet, they were able to offer me wonderful meals. more

My husband and I stayed at Stanley Safari Lodge, and it was superb!! The lodge was extremely private and romantic, the staff is very attentive, the food was fantastic, and the rooms were open to the outdoor elements, which was exquisite. We booked through Robin Pope Safaris, and they set up everything perfectly!! The agent was timely in getting back... more

Staying at the Stanley Safari Lodge was a supurb way to end our trip through the southern part of Africa. We were pleasently suprised by the design of the room. The front wall of the room is missing so you can enjoy the bush while surrounded with luxury. We were told you can see the spray from the falls from... more

We keep returning. How lovely to find such a superb lodge, away from the hurly-burly of the bigger hotels along the Zambezi. Beautiful rooms, calm, serene gardens with infinity pool overlooking the valley below. Individual attention, and where else would you be asked, which part of the garden or lodge would you like to dine. Our favourite being on the... more

Great accomodations, superior rooms with a great view, the most attentive staff. The staff goes out of its way to make you feel a member of the family. The food is excellent and drinks overlooking the sunsets are the best. Would return in a heartbeat and hope to do so. more

We stayed 2 nights at Stanley Safari and it was one of our favorite experiences on our trip. If you stay in an open room (as we did) it's guaranteed to be one of the most unique experiences you'll ever have. We didn't have any issues with mosquitos or bugs under our mosquito net. The rooms are very elegant and... more

We are just back from 3 fantastic days at Stanley's. We had booked the place thru a South African Agent, and two weeks before we left we found out that we were booked into one of the open units. My wife is concerned about bugs, so we asked for a closed unit, which was confirmed to us. When we arrived... more

We stayed with a group of 19 business collegues in this phantastic lodge. Although only 20 minutes by road transport from a commercial hotel like Zambesi Sun this lodge is really a delight . No roadsigns (deliberate choice from the management) and sandy roads bring you to the hidden entrance. The property is well guarded and when you get there... more
