We stayed for 5 nights at the lodge and enjoyed our stay there. Lovely staff and we especially thank Miss Jennifer of the activities desk for all her help in organising our trips and activities whilst at the Falls, and also to Mr Given for his kindness . We ate in the hotel each evening and enjoyed the meals which... More

A friend and I attending a conference in Livingstone arranged for a safari trip while there. A minute before taking it, we were given a piece of paper which was a"waiver" to sign. This waiver had a controversial clause whereby if after signing a ridiculous agreement to exonerate the company for any potential damages, you still chose to go to... More

Dear Sir, I thank you for comments posted with reference to the Cruise Indemnity & waiver. This waiver is over and above any “Terms & Conditions of Stay” one would be required to sign at any accommodation establishment. All activity waivers are as directed and as required by our insurance company, I may also wish to bring to your attention... More

We stayed at the lodge for our honeymoon from 30 December - 4 January. Amazingly beautiful location with authentic lodge rooms. Tranquil and non - commercialised. You receive five star service yet still feel like you're in Africa. The staff are friendly, pleasant and amicable. Dinner overlooking the Zambezi was lovely. Food was of an excellent quality except for their... More

Beautiful venue, lovely friendly staff and room very comfortable. The trip on the Lady Livingstone a magnificent experience and something that everyone should do. The dinner menu did not change for the three nights we stayed but the food of good quality. Some attention to detail required and service at the poolside lacking.

Quiet, relaxing stay at the lodge, we were only there for a couple of days. we managed to see victoria fall from many angles - at eye level ( you get soaked to the skin), by helicopter (amazing, well worth the cost), by evening cruise - worth it just for the hippos, the hospitality on board is a bonus, and by... Our group of 10 did not stay here but we came for dinner. The service was great and the staff were helpful and attentive. The shrimp starter was exceptional. I was sceptical about ordering Norwegian salmon in Zambia, but was pleasantly surprised. It was the nicest salmon I have ever had in Zambia. Everyone in our party really enjoyed their... More

Spent two nights here and I wish it could have been longer. The room was lovely, the food (quality and presentation) was superb and the staff friendly and helpful. The grounds were lovely; pool and dining areas had a view of the Zambezi River, as did our room.

A comfortable room, great pool by the river, and relaxing setting made for an enjoyable stay. In addition, my husband had a great massage at the spa, and guest services booked a last minute game walk for us that enabled us to see three white rhinos. At breakfast, we could overlook the Zambezi and watch flights of egrets and ibis... More

Our group of 12 Canadians had the pleasure of staying at the David Livingstone Safari Lodge for 3 nights Feb.3-5. Not enough positive accolades to toss their way. Terrific general staff, an above and beyond food and beverage crew, and a management team who went out of their way to ensure our expectations are met (and surpassed). Great spa and... More

Do not stay here. I had Chanel perfume, deodorant, Chanel foundation and cash taken from different parts of my bag which was within our room. On return from a morning activity, we returned to find our room card deactivated and the cleaner's equipment outside our door. Admittedly, in a rush I had not locked my bag in our room but... More
