It wasn't a too bad a hotel. It seemed a bit weird as when we arrived the English and service was pretty good. But when we went down a bit later to sort something out the English speaking staff seemed to of gone home. The hotel was clean and tidy and the staff seemed willing enough. Location was OK but... My family stayed here and it was just average, later we wished we booked a hotel near the beach because cost would have been the same. They changed room then what we reserved but sometimes I understand this happens. Close to many places which was good for meals, staff accommodating to us.

This is a relatively nice hotel right on the river walk. Great location. I enjoyed my stay here (two nights, and then a third night several days later) with a couple of notable exceptions. The good: My room was lovely--and very large (by far the largest hotel room I had in Vietnam). I had a wall of windows providing a... More

I just stayed a night in this hotel, the first impression after check in was great, the front desk staff and the concierge was friendly and helpful. The room was big and bathroom was clean. There are wellcome fruit on the table but the fruits are rot. Other than that, there are some kind of smell on the blanket, it... More

I stayed in this hotel twice and i find it reasonably priced. For instance for the money, you get a really big standard room equipped with LAN, a wifi enabled lobby, and a reasonable spread of breakfast (bread, chinese, japanese). However this now brings me to the downsides.. Upon checkin, instead of making a photocopy of your passport, the reception... More

I have stayed at the Green Plaza a number of times on business. The hotel is usually empty but the room is always clean and well appointed. The bellmen are friendly and probably the most English speaking members of the staff - since the others dont. Not that it matters - but the mini bar is near empty and it... More

A difficult hotel to capture in a few sentences. A 20 storey or so building right on the riverfront. The foyer is large and open, but the ceiling is much lower towards the reception desk. This makes it a little confined, particularly as the main doors are open and there is no air con, so it is quite hot. Check... More

The Hotel was very comfortable but the staff were so interested in their mobile phones rather than serving clients. This was experienced in the dining room at breakfast and the top floor bar. Never again !

Stayed one night on transfer so only experienced check in, sleep, breakfast & check out. Upon checkin at 7pm the receptionist was sullen and pretty uninterested in us. We (family of 5) were pretty surprised to receive keys to two rooms on different floors. We received some mumbling explanation of big room only one per floor. It seems our travel... More

We stayed in a deluxe river view room. The room itself was good, facilities are ok (Gym is in reasonable condition but extremely hot). Breakfast was pathetic compared to all other hotels I stayed in in vietnam. They even ran out of noodles for Pho. Overall I left feeling the hotel was maybe worth $60US per night, not the $85...
