We booked a double non-smoking room and informed reception that we would be arriving at 1pm. On arrival at 1pm we checked in and confirmed that we were booked into a double non-smoking room. The hotel is located near the river and off to the side of the town, meaning it's just out of the way of any major activity. I have stay in Royal Hotel during my recent Central Vietnam trip. It is a decent 3 star hotel tuck away from the River front and hustle. The room was ok and clean and is good value for money.
