A very comfortable hotel situated on the west side of town, close to the shopping streets. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the location was convenient to restaurants, shopping and amenities. We found the staff friendly and helpful. A buffet breakfast was included and was not lacking. More

Nice designed building, but needs to be maintained. Wardrobe in our room smelt very bad! was damp & moldy. Locks on doors were a bit dodgy. Noisy thumping from what I think is the hot water all day & night, sometimes poor water pressure. Good breakfast though - nice banana pancakes! good location - nice town. More

This place was awful. The receptionists were rude, we were promised (and paid the rate of) a room in the back with a balcony over the pool. The rooms were very clean and all had goog views of the street or the pool which was very pretty in open air central point. Great location close to Le Loi street, clean and nice looking rooms. Buffet breakfast was very good! Overall a great hotel experience! More
