So it's not super fancy, there's a few mosquito's, and some of the staff are a little grumpy. However, it's in a great location, has a huge pool, nice breakfast buffet, cute rooms (with mosquito nets),and is cheap. If I came back I would most likely stay here again.

I have been coming here for 6 years and keep returning. If you are on a budget but want a bit more value for your money, traveling as a family, small group this is value. They keep making improvements little by little which is good because it's not a new hotel. It has family rooms. Solo travelers will not be... More

I needed up staying here for two weeks - the staff were very friendly and helpful! The rooms were great - can be a little noisy at times. I loved the breakfast buffet with the coffee and dragon fruit :). The hotel is in a great location that is within a easy walking distance from the ancient city and lots... More

I stayed here in January with my two sons. It was very pleasant and close to the town centre. We planned on staying three days and stayed 6. So all was good. Nice breakfast, good sized but very dated rooms and about a 10 minute stroll to the riverside. All was good here until we reached Halong Bay and realised... More

In the end we enjoyed our stay and found the location really great but we did have a bit of a shaky start. We paid for the more expensive room on agoda but when re arrived it was not as expected, quite damp and run down with two single beds pushed together to make a double. We requested a change... More

I had a superior room with a small balcony facing the street, king ++ size bed that was amazingly comfortable. The hotel is very close to the old city, located on a small side street, well lighted and with small restaurants and convenience stores. The staff is very friendly and they have a small swimming pool with a few lounge... More

Stayed for 3 nights. Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was really good, great selection of fruit as well as eggs. Staff not the best, not very friendly and just seemed quite moody to be honest. We booked a trip through them to My Son which was relatively straight forward, as well as do some laundry. Good location, everything within... More

This is a basic fairly clean hotel in a traditional Asian style. No frills. It is within walking distance of the old town and close to good local eateries so location is great. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was a good variety and we always left satisfied. The biggest downside to this place was the terrible wifi connection which... More

The staff allowed us to check in early. They put us up on the third floor. Then they noticed my wife was pregnant so they allowed us to change rooms to the first floor and the room was bigger. The hot water was always flowing in the shower. The TV was a flat screen. The bed was comfortable. The Aircon... More

We chose this hotel because of the transportation, just walk 5mins to ancient town, very convenient. The room is ok, bed is a bit hard, the breakfast buffet is not much dishes for us to choose. However, the service is good, the receptionist help us to hire bycicle for ridding arround the ancient, and also took the taxi for us... More
