Room is pretty decent if you don't mind the occasional cockroach (seriously, we had big cockroaches climbing the curtains). Bathroom was poor and shabby. Much paint peeling from the walls and a dodgy shower. It's kinda like the bathroom you'd find in a grotty bedsit. Contrary to some other reviews, I found the staff to be deeply unpleasant. They look... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here three night. Not sure why it has so many bad reviews as it's the best hotel for an affordable price we've had so far over our 1 month stay in Vietnam. The bed is super comfy which is what I personally opt for, super clean and spacious room with garden balcony. Great service too... More

- Could walk into the old town and nearby restaurants easily. Rooms were a high quality. - Staff was friendly and very quick to help out for anything. - You can't pay for your room by card. We didn't realise this until we had to check out and made it a rush to get cash. Seriously don't think it is... More

It is a good location close to the Old Town and has a nice breakfast. However, some of the decor is getting a bit tired and sometimes the staff are not as helpful as they should be.Saying that as I had a early flight from Ho Chi Minh they let me check in early without question.

This was a nice hotel that was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the historic center to be peaceful but not so far away that you have to walk far for all the fun stuff. Just across the main road from the Historic center of Hoi An, the Serene Hotel is nestled on a block of hotels,... More

Nicely decorated Lobby and deep pool Although no space around the pool for guests around 10 seats for a hotel of about 40 doesn't make sense Was in a nice enough location But the breakfast was a joke Staff were good and organized cheaper than normal airport transfer they upgraded our room for free which was good gesture so we... The hotel is set around a large and clean pool which is the place to be in the searing summer heat. Good location only a few minutes walk into the old town. I had a standard double room which has its own balcony looking out to the mountains and streets instead of back into the pool area which the more... More

Stayed here for 2 nights and the hotel's location is great. Just about 5 minutes from the accient town, could easily get to everywhere by bicycle or walk. But the rooms are small for those who stay for a long time. And also breakfast are not good enough. Beside that our AC just had a problem everyday! But after calling,... More

The Thanh Binh 3 Serene Hotel is a good budget hotel situated within close walking distance too Old Hoi An Town. ( 5 minutes). It is surrounded by a number of small mini mart shops and quite a few restaurants/cafes. Push bikes and motor bike hire places are abundant as are all the usual tailor, shoe/bag and assorted other shops.... More
