Don't normally write reviews just read them, but surprised at the negative comments posted. The rooms were clean with all facilities like a 'proper' hotel but at next to nothing prices. Top of its off is the friendliness of the hotel staff. We just loved chatting with them, who were full of tips. They were anxious to show us things of Hoi an and Vietnam. Very bad experience, in spite of confortable hotel and rooms, the staff is very unpleasant, specially the manager and the receptionist girl. Myself and family stayed in this hotel for 1 month in July,and were very happy with all aspects of the Hotel.For price i think this hotel is hard to beat and i doubt you will find friendlier staff.As all-ready mentioned the 2 girls in the reception are lovely!!Would recomend this hotel without reservation! more
