Our family stayed in Hoi An for 6 nights over Xmas, amend chose the Pho Hoi. It was a good option given the expense of Xmas. It is in a good location, just a short 5-10min walk across the bridge to the markets and old town. There are nice views overlooking the river, and there is a decent restaurant that... More

Stayed two nights. Location is great, within short walking distance from the beautiful streets of Hoi An. Rooms are in a bad need for a renovation. Service is OK. Breakfast is average. I would say that it is OK for the price

Breakfast buffet is OK, rooms are OK, staff are very helpful and night watchman very thorough. Bit noisy in the rooms that overllok the side street in the main building. Some renovations may disturb travellers if sleeping after 6.30am. Wepaid about $35 for a room in the main building. Nice easy walk across the bridge into the market area.

We have enjoyed out three days and nights stay here very much. The hotel has a great location, next to the river and teh bridge leading to the market and very nice restaurants. Just across the hotel you can rent bicycles! The staff is friendly, the breakfast is variated. The massage was great ;-) A place to go back!

The property is beautiful and convenient to the market, however is in need of TLC. The beds are hard with only one pillow. Couldn't close the bathroom, armoire or the fridge cupboard doors. Cleaning was sporatic, some times towels and other times not. A faulty kettle to make tea for two but only one mug provided. Breakfast was exactly the... More

Breakfast is a very good buffet with stunning river views. The pool is also right on the river. It's a 2 minute stroll to the old town and central market. Phoi Hoi gets bad reviews because it is in need of updates (they were doing some when we left). It is a budget holiday dream or a nightmare for those... More

Just half a kilometre from the bus station. Beds were comfortable and had a small balcony with river view. There was a loud party going on from 7.30 - 9.30pm which could be heard easily in the budget hotel section. The shower had hardly any pressure and you had to crouch down low in the bath tub which could be... More

The Location is great, just a quick walk to the markets, however, the beds where rock hard and the pillows the same. the showers are so low /the hot water takes forever. The hotel is a little old. If you don't mind the above, the price was great. Cheap drinks at the bar and it was nice to sit by... More

I think everyone is bring very harsh . We've biked along the coast staying different places each night over the last week. We've found this hotel great. Our rooms are directly across from the pool with an interconnecting door to our teenager's next door. There are family rooms which have 2 rooms seperated by a curtain so suitable for younger...
