Hotel was in a lovely location but apart from that I was not impressed with this place. The rooms were clean but overall everything was a bit old and tired. The staff were not particularly friendly and it felt like they couldn't really be bothered. This was the worse hotel we stopped at in Vietnam. Wouldn't recommend it and wouldn't... More

We stayed at this hotel in April 2014 perfect location highlight of our stay was a cooking class organised by the manager an. We rode bikes out into the country side to see where the produce was grown then to the markets and then back the hotel to cook, the manager came with us. Great views of the river. Great... More

I stayed a couple of years ago and found the room large and clean enough, as well as a fair price with plenty of benefits- across the bridge to the old town, very clean pool, always a breeze on the river with a substantial breakfast included. This visit still proved to be good value for dollar..... Nothing much has changed,... More

This is a okay hotel for the price. The rooms are big and clean with aircon. Stayed here for 3 nights, and the location is perfect, only 5 min walk from the old town. The cleaning staff though didn't seem to notice the guests at the hotel and woke me up everyday at 6 am walking around dragging their feet... More

We really enjoyed this hotel. We had a triple room which was spacious and clean, with a nice little verandah at the front near the swimming pool. As it a triple it cost us A$17 each which was fantastic value. The swimming pool was beautiful and nice after a bike ride around town. Located right on the river with great... More

A great location and pool. Not too many rooms booked when we did so at times it felt like more staff than guests..... Sometimes it felt as if our every move was being watched (but then again this is vietnam!) We did not stay in the villa or bungalow section and our room looked more dated than those in the... More

The hotel was in very bad condition, everything is old. It maybe runs for longtime without any upgrade. The breakfast was very limited and nothing is special. The toilet was smelly and I could only stay one night here before moving to another one. The towels were brown colors and torn. The mattress was hard and not comfortable. The linen... More

We had already stayed in another hotel in Hoi An and moved to this hotel for a few days for a treat as it had a nice pool. The room was great and very big, not that pricey as we got one of those flash deals £67 for 3 nights in a superior room by the river. The pool was... More

This "resort" with swimmingpool is in walking distance from the old city centre, It takes a 5 minute walk to all the restaurans and sights. The personnell at the reception are friendly and could speak English, the personnell, try to do their best, but in some cases we could't explain what we all want to ave a hot coffee instead... More

My friend and I wanted to treat ourselves with a couple of days at a resort while we were in Hoi An, but we had some really bad experienced at the resort and will therefore not recommend it to anyone! The first problem we experienced was when my friend wanted to have her legs waxed in the spa. It was... More
