Awesome big rooms, great pool with a swim up bar, great onsite restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner. great location close to town, close to the beach. Laundry & mini store across the road. Day spa is old but worth a visit.

Our family of 5 stayed in this Hotel/Resort for 5 nights in July and thoroughly enjoyed it. The rooms were clean, spacious and well appointed and we used the free bikes to ride to the beach each morning for a swim before breakfast. The staff, particularly Minh, Thuÿ, Phúóng, were friendly and efficient and the free shuttle to and from... More

The resort has a beautiful garden surrounding and within the buildings. There is a very nice large pool with a swim-up bar, however the prices to eat and drink here are very steep for Vietnam standards. The pool seemed clean and there were nice beach towels and lounge chairs available. The staff were friendly however the front desk people spoke... More

We stayed here for 5 nights end of June, early July 2014. This is quite a pleasant resort with nice facilities. Areas for improvement first: The hotel management need to make sure that what they advertise is what guests get. For example, they advertise a swim up bar but the bar was never staffed. However they did have staff coming... More

Our family of four (children aged 11 & 8), were lucky enough to stay at the Hoi An Trails Resort for three wonderful nights. The staff were fantastic, with a warm welcome which continued throughout our entire stay. Our rooms were very comfortable and spacious, the pool was great and breakfast was a treat! Our thanks especially to: Tho, Toi,... More

Good grounds and nice facilities. We were impressed with our room size. The staff were very friendly. Only problem is that the free bikes have seen better days and may need replacing. Also watch out for the two ladies across the road! They are out to make money off of the guests.

We stayed here for 8 nights in early June and were very happy during our stay. We had a ground floor room near the pool and found the rooms to be clean, with plenty of space for the three of us. The seating area was very useful as a play area for our 2 year old and the bathroom was... More

We had a great stay here. I would not rate it as very good or average but good. The staff were extremely accommodating. It was quiet and clean with a lovely pool and cold jacuzzi, with massages at reasonable rates. Food and drinks were well priced and fresh and tasty. We were delighted with free bike usage and found it... More

An interesting experience. On arrival we had to climb 3 floors to our superior room. We are in our 60s but the staff carried our 2 cases. We entered the room and initially were happy with size, layout etc. but guess what the a/ c was not efficient and as we lay on the bed we got hotter So off... More
