This was the largest and most beautiful room of the 4 hotels where we stayed in Vietnam, but it was also the least functional because 1) it was decorated in an old Asian style so the bed was very low and use of the "desk" meant sitting on the floor on a pillow which seems incompatible with the retired Westerners... This hotel is neither beach nor town but about half way between the two in the suburbs and is therefore quite noisy because of neighbouring properties. For example just behind our room 10 metres away there was a private residence that had dogs barking late into the night and cockerels thinking daybreak was at 2 am. That said the pool... More

My family stayed at Hoi An trails in early January. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and nicely furnished, the pool was very nice and a great variety at breakfast. We were also impressed by the service of the staff, I acquired a chest infection and the head concierge was incredibly helpful, walking me up to the local pharmacy and translating... More

This hotel was quite nice. Yes, the room are dark but you can open the doors & let the sun in. My room was large and had a sitting area and bedroom. Bed was comfortable. Nice large bathroom. Lovely pool area and outside bar. Lots of breakfast choices. Lobby was very nice. They have free shuttle to town & beach.... More

Very clean and charming hotel in a good location. Beautiful rooms and a beautiful garden. Thank you for your friendly, helpful and professional staff. In particular, our minds were Tho, Khanh, Quy, Minh and Lan, and their friendly smiles. Thanks to you, our vacation was relaxing and successful. Definitely would recommend this hotel to all.

We had 1 double and 1 twin room. They were both large and comfortable with a lovely balcony. However, the bathroom was fairly dark and had no where to put the hand soap or any shelves for our own toiletries. The gym is an absolute disgrace. As mentioned in another persons review. There was at least one rooster crowing at all... More

We stayed 2 nights here. It was comfortable and the rooms were large but it does need an update or a makeover. it is conveniently located and for the money not bad value. Great pancakes and the breakfast was average

Old style, out of Hoi An. Not at all inspiring, lack lustre breakfast provided. Noisy & dated. Book elsewhere to enjoy this fantastic historic place. The area is a must see - not this property unfortunately.

One of the best hotels included in a Gate 1 tour, this place was quite nice. Apparently we came on the 'low season' so we had the hotel almost to our selves. The island bar is amazing and quite well stocked with a decent happy hour. The rooms are quite spacious and well equipped with super modern bathrooms and very... More

The only reason it gets 3 and not 4 stars is the service: don't speak English, unfriendly and not responsive! Hotel is very well located between old town and the beach. Rooms are clean and spacy. Hoi An in general is a highlight and if this hotel gets its service improved it is a great option in the area for... More
