We recently stayed at the Hoi An Trails. We arrived hot and tired after a long trip from HCM, having booked for 2 adults and 2 children aged 9 and 11, to be told that we had one big bed and one single. We responded that this wouldn't work and asked where everyone was supposed to sleep. This was met... More

I can't say enough about this hotel. The setting is beautiful, the rooms are large and very nice set up. Hotel is located between the town and the beach, so you can reach both on the bikes they provide for free. Excellent experience!

I went in a group of 24 on a school humanitarian trip. We were well accommodated, the pool and spa were amazing, the food (breakfast and dinner) were divine and had a great diversity. The staff were always smiling and friendly. I would stay there again in a heart beat!

Stayed at the resort for four nights in this tropical setting. Hotel is little bit away from town and beach but rest assured there is a resort shuttle that will take you to either and pick up points. Also bikes for hire a pay the $3.00 fee for short ride in taxi. Restaurant meals have lots of variety from Vietnamese... More

The setting is beautiful, the rooms are large, and well set up. But be careful with your stuff. Housekeeping threw out the brochures I'd collected the previous day, at first vehemently denying such a thing. She had gone through, kept the resort related materials for me, and discarded the rest from the counter. Eventually these were brought back to me,... More

We stayed there 1,5 week. The hotel and our accomodation was really nice. Exceptionally good was the staff. They were very friendly and helpfull all the time, particularly Mr. Khanh. He always answered our questions and helped us in every case. An other good thing was the breakfast with it's enormous variety on food. The offered shuttle-service to the beach... More

We loved this place. From the moment the taxi pullled up at the door on our arrival, I knew this was a place of luxury. We stayed in a cute and traditionally styled room with a huge bed, cute and private balcony that overlooked the pool and rice field with ducklings roaming, lots of TV channels including an Aussie station... My wife and i enjoyed our initial 3 day stay at Hoi An Trails so much that we decided to stay there for the rest of our asian adventure. We stayed close to two months (July-August) in total. The Manager Mr Van and his assistant Mr Phong were always around to discuss any extra needs we had - outstanding managers,... More
