Stayed as part of a GATE1 tour +ve Old style buildings with updated rooms looking to the central courtyard or pool area. Hotel is just across the street from the riverfront. Big pool, small exercise room and full spa facilities on site Decent breakfast with hot (mostly non vegetarian) dishes served outside the main room and vegetarian stuff served inside.... More

Stayed at Hoi An Trails resort in late November. Location was ideal - 15 min. walk to beach and a short taxi ride to town. Room was beautiful - ours had a nice view of the pool and restaurant area. Staff was super friendly with great suggestions for restaurants. They really looked out for us, including Minh at the front... More

Had a great stay here. The staff were lovely, despite mucking up our booking. We were upgraded for the inconvenience. In fact the staff always made sure that we were happy and content. Just great service. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was simple, but very nice and plentiful. No problems at all. The property is about 10... More

We loved the resort with the landscape, from the main entrance to the end. Our room was spacious, clean. Breakfast was average. The staff was friendly and helpful but not easy to talk with them. A little bit noisy in the early morning because of the neighbors. Due to the rain, we could not enjoy too much there. One more... More

The rooms were spacious and clean with very good wifi. Although it was a bit out of the way from everything, they did provide a free shuttle bus to the Old Town, so the location was not an issue for us. Breakfast was satisfactory. The staff pleasant and efficient. Mrs Lan across the street from the resort offers a very... More

Hoi Ann Trails Resort is a beautiful setting. The pool is large with a floating bar. Rather than being a large high rise hotel, it is several small buildings with numerous rooms. The rooms have great balconies with a tropical feel to them.

The positive opinions of the majority of the previous reviewers were confirmed. We had a very pleasant 2 nights stay. We used to visit the ancient city of Hoi An and its surroundings Very clean and comfortable rooms with good free wifi signal. However, the windows curtains are not suitable to keep the darkness during daylight. So, as soon as... More

This resort is beautifully landscaped and the rooms are large , modern and clean. The pool is heated and quite big. The service in the restaurant was very good but the breakfast buffet was just ok there was a free shuttle into the town and the town was lined with shops and restaurants with a nice night market.

Found this to be a very nice, very well run hotel, lovely food, great attentive staff, but our October visit found the place a little too quiet for my liking. The bar was almost empty most evenings, and being a bit out from town it took a little planning to get down to the centre. That said the staff were... More

This is an extremely comfortable venue to stay in. Restaurant with a wide selection of food, several bars, computer access and lovely swimming pool. I think the best feature of the resort is the staff. My husband fell and broke three ribs on our holiday and we had to stay longer as the doctor would not let him move for... More
