The hotel property is good enough but the booking process, staff and furnishings are a good indication that this place is run by amateurs. Food was quite good. I arrived late in the evening and was given the third degree by the front desk about booking two rooms when in fact I only booked one using their online booking process.... More

We arrived at reception in the main building of the Ha An Hotel, tired out from our flight from Ho Chi Minh City, and the drive from the airport ,and while we were filling in forms , the very beautiful and helpful receptionist Huynh brought us some delicious tea and ginger biscuits. Huynh is one of the most efficient and... More

Booked this hotel after reading the reviews on the internet and looking at the photos posted. Went there with very high expectation and I was not let down at all. The hotel was even better than my epectation-charming restaurant with delicious breakfast, lovely garden, three bouquets of flowers in room, fruit basket everyday, large bathroom with very thick , soft... Spent 2 nights here in a garden view superior room. Room was very nice - great bathroom....garden view did mean some road noise, but the street isn't that busy compared to others in hoi an! Nice garden area - hammocks, pool table, seats etc Restaurant was good - breakfast buffet excellent. Felt that the room rate - $65/night was expensive... More

We have just returned from a holiday in Bangkok, Laos and Vietnam, staying in 6 hotels of a good quality and this was the only one that I am rating as excellent. We booked a deluxe garden view room for $70 and I was a bit dubious before we arrived that it would be Ok, as this felt rather cheap... More

I stayed 2 nights in Ha An in a delux garden view room. The hotel is best located in the heart of the historical part of Hoi An. The 20 rooms are charming and absolutely well decorated. An unforgettable stay in Hoi An even if there is no pool and the price is quite expensive (45-65USD). Absolutely recommended, just book... More

Couldn't have been better. A lovely colonial building set around a central courtyard. A 5-minute walk into the town centre via the market. Reception was extremely helpful, booked a car from Danag station ($16) when we arrived and another to Hue via My Son ($85) for the day of departure. The room ($45) was lovely, with a view over the... We spent 4 days at the Ha An Hotel in Hoi An, Vietnam. It is a boutique hotel with 24 rooms. It is a very special hotel for a number of reasons. The food and cocktails are superb.Breakfast has a fruit buffet to die for, and pancakes, eggs and other western options. The presentation gets a 5 star rating. Dinners... More

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. We were in the course of our Round the World Trip, so we had stayed in all sorts of hotels a bit around the world beginning from Spain and arriving to Vietnam (in Vietnam we had visited Hanoi, the Halong Bay and Hue before coming to Hoi An) :... Booked acc and transfer directly with the hotel. It worked perfectly. The hotel is absolutely a gem in a town spoiled by tourism. There's not much to see here, so this wonderful hotel really makes it all much more bareable. Sweet staff, excellent breakfast buffet, charming rooms with a/c. Mind you - no pool. Rooms were 60$ a night, which... More
