We stayed 3 nights in Hoi An at the Ha An hotel, and we could easily have stayed longer. Great town to just wander around in, eat, shop and get clothes made. The Hotel is not in the middle of the town, but just 5 min walk to the market. The breakfast was excellent, with a lot of choices, and... More

Upon arrival at the Ha An we were welcomed at the front gates, our bags were carried, and we were taken to seating with fans, and offered a cool refreshing towel and complimentary fresh dragon fruit juice. Our room wasn't quite ready, so we had some lunch which was lovely. Our room was gorgeous - spacious, lovely bathroom, very clean,... More

This hotel is very charming. We stayed in the side part of the Hotel with a balcony. The breakfasts are fantastic . The best we encountered in Vietnam. The courtyard is very pretty. My only complaint would be their advice on tailors. We didn't find the taylor they recommended to be good at all and wish we had stuck to... More

ha an was very relaxing, comfortable, hospitable, and affordable. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Enjoyed passing time in the hammock sipping on some horrendous Vietnamese wine from across the street (at $3 a bottle, maybe you get what you pay for?) Nice French colonial architecture and rooms overlooking the courtyard. I was a little worried the place would... More

We stayed four nights in November. Excellent breakfast and very comfortable beds. You won' t want to go out. The old town is close by and there are plenty of restaraunts within easy walking distance. The attention to detail here is very good. The hotel also has a gymn.

Hotel is just a few blocks from the ancient town and 1 block from the river. Rooms are centered around a courtyard garden. The restaurant is excellent and the included breakfast had a wonderful variety of Vietnamese and western dishes and fresh fruit. Very helpful staff with good suggestions for shopping, tours, restaurants and shops. Bicycles are also included. Rooms... More

Hotel grounds are very pretty and location is good - walking distance to shops and restaurants but in a quiet area. Service was not great. The breakfast staff routinely forgot the drinks orders and the front desk could not provide any information on sights and tours in the area. Internet was painfully slow, most pages would not load at all... More

I stayed in first floor with small balcony to sit out side. First the room is so small and tight, I always ended up sitting in balcony. Also there is no privacy. People can see me from outside if I open my curtain or sit in my private balcony. Service is okay. Nothing special. Well to correct the service part,... More

My wife spent two nights at the Ha An Hotel during our honeymoon in Vietnam and had a great time. The room felt cozy and romantic, and the on-site restaurant served food. We loved the fruit basket in our room, including dragon fruit. We grabbed a couple of bikes from the hotel and biked to An Bang Beach, which is... More

The hotel is in a great location. It looks very nice however for the price we would have expected a little more. Staff were kind of friendly. The room was not big at all and was busy with furniture badly chosen. It wasn't very clean either. It was ok but nothing special.
