We stayed here based on Trip Advisor reviews and were not dissappointed. Location was perfect, easy to walk everywhere we wanted to. Restaurant was great and breakfast was outstanding. Great service. Clean and comfortable bedroom with so many extra touches. Loved the balcony to chill out with a drink at the start or end of the day. Was more expensive... More

A lovely hotel, though we were disappointed by the damp smell in the rooms. Our first room was was very musty smelling with damp patches on the walls - luckily the hotel were good and upgraded us to a better room, however our bags and clothes still smelt after leaving the hotel. The breakfast was great, the small touches were... More

I stayed at the Ha An Hotel twice in late January and early February 2015, initially for four nights, and a couple of days later for another two nights: The hotel has atmosphere and is truly charming. The U-shape setting around the garden is great , so is the classic somewhat colonial-style architecture. Having breakfast or dinner sitting in the... More

Very peculiar building: the central garden ( where you may lunch or dinner and where breakfast is served) is the core. (We where here during sunny days, so we enjoyed fully this feature) Rooms are large ( deluxe quality ) and in the bathroom green plants whatch you taking shower on white smooth little stones . Free bikes useful to... More

The hotel is a very charming and pleasant place that is set in a lovely tropical garden. We had a deluxe double room with balcony and garden view. It was a beautiful room and well appointed (except for a dripping toilet). We were greeted on arrival by a gracious and friendly reception staff member who explained the hotel to us... More

A beautiful hotel, very comfortable and clean. We stayed here for four nights and found it very relaxing. The food at the hotel is also very good and the you may dine in the garden which is atmospheric. The town center is a short 5 minute walk and the hotel provides free push bikes which were great fun to get... More

We stayed here for 3 nights, the staff were always very charming and helpful, the room was beautiful. Even though we arrived in the middle of the night due to our flight being delayed, the transfer still picked us up and the porter kindly helped us to our room with our bags. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice.... More

this hotel certainly has the wow factor. Set in beautiful gardens , palm trees a pleanty, the rooms are set in a horseshoe shape. We took a superior delux room which was spacious and grand. Potted flowers decorated both bathroom and bedroom and in the bedroom there were at least 24 super roses displayed in a large vase. As roses... More

After 4 weeks of travel, we splurged on Ha An and couldn't have been more pleased. It's gorgeous! The room was small but perfect for the two of us and the bathroom was amazing. Truly a western bathroom with a great tub. All very modern. We spent several evenings lingering on our outdoor garden patio or playing pool in the... More
