Stayed a couple of nights here. Lovely courtyard hotel with comfortable rooms. Breakfast was excellent and included. Couple of minutes walk to ancient town with all the hustle and bustle. Staff generally friendly. Guy at breakfast counter who sorted pho ga out was a bit sullen... obviously there is a language barrier but a smile costs nothing. Wifi was poor... More

My daughter and I spent 4 nights here in January. The room and bathroom were clean and we had a sweat little balcony. There was fresh fruit and flowers in both rooms including a fabulous large bunch of roses in a basket in the corner. We had to touch them to make sure they were real. The buffet breakfast was... 3 nights in a deluxe double room pros: - very open and peaceful hotel with large grounds and nice gardens - awesome breakfast (locals even comment on how good it is!) - friendly, helpful service- the staff were very friendly and the rooms were serviced twice daily - cheap laundry services just across the road and gym just around the... We arrived at this hotel late in the evening and were met by a lovely gentleman whi helped us with the bags to the room. No issues with signing in or a course on how to use everything as some hotels do. Due to the late arrival we overslept and missed breakfast so we proceeded to check in. When we... More

As you may read in other reviews, this is an excellent yet affordable hotel. The staff welcomed us with open arms, the property with a sizeable yard was extremely atmospheric and had a gorgeous restaurant (still prices were very reasonable). Oh and the breakfast, this was maybe the best breakfast buffet during our entire 6-week trip with freshly made fruit... More

Our favourite hotel in all the world in one of our favourite cities. Not because it is luxurious or flash or has bells and whistles but simply because of their presentation, their attention to detail and the way they treat their guests. We loved our room (number 109) which was furnished in cool, calm white - with rose petals on... More

Stayed for just one night but have to say found this one of the best we stayed in on our trip. Cost $87 for room and were impressed with all the small touches that made the experience special. The room was large and quiet, no view however, but did have a nice balcony, clean and comfortable. Gardens were nice and... More

I stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed my stay. The rooms are very comfortable, great air-con and extremely new and clean. The bed was comfortable and the hot water and pressure fantastic. The breakfast buffet was pretty extensive with great local food and western options (including an egg station that was putting out some tasty omelettes). The location... More

Gorgeous setting with a fabulous balcony for sitting on second floor. But the breakfast was worst food we had on trip and should be skipped (lowering value to us). Staff were super helpful and bent over backward to make sure we got the best deal on a plane ticket and even laundry. Room was small and had a wet, moldy... More
