We stayed on this hotel for 2 nights in a garden view room. The room was great, decorated with taste, with all you need inside the room. Bathroom was really great. The room is small but it was not a problem for us as we did not spend time there) Breakfast was amazing : there is absolutely everything you want... More

Nice hotel overall, slightly far from the ancient town (where all the pubs and attractions are). The airport transport surprised us, the driver abandoned us at the arrival hall (where he insisted that it is the departure), without helping us with the baggage at all. Sucks.

it was an okay hotel. the room was a little stuffy, they had a great breakfast and also offered free bike to ride around the town. it was located like 5 minutes from the old town, so it was convenient. If you want to go to the beach, it was like 45 minutes bike ride. Overall, was okay but did... More

We had four nights here and when we first arrived, it was raining. When shown to our room (which we had reserved and paid for in advance) there was a definite mold smell in the stairwell leading to the room as well as in the room. Honestly, the entire town is hundreds of years old and it floods almost yearly... More

This is an excellent hotel. The staff were very obliging and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is a bit of an oasis from the noise and traffic of Hoi Ann - it is conveniently and centrally located, but on one of the smaller roads. Bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance as is the central... More

Just as it's billed, this is an oasis away from the (huge numbers of) tourists in Hoi An. Warm welcome after a long overnight train journey. Lovely room with a balcony overlooking the garden; nice touch of room cleaned in morning and then towels checked early evening . Very good breakfast and food generally (had lunch there twice). Free bikes... More

The Ha An hotel was a great find. The location is central to everything one wants to see in Hoi An. The hotel rents bikes at no charge. There are plenty of good restaurants within 5-10 min walking distance. I loved the setting of the hotel the most. The garden is well maintained and there are beautiful plants and flowers... More

Near, but not in, the worst of the tourist district, this hotel was comfortable and offered a very helpful staff. The included breakfast was quite good but the complimentary bicycles, while handy, were too small for a full sized Westerner which made it hard for me to get out into the countryside and away from the overrun town.

The Ha An Hotel is a cute, quaint hotel with an excellent location close to Old Town. The bikes are free and in great condition, we stayed out all day riding with no problem. The breakfast is great and the iced coffee is delicious! The upstairs rooms were a little damp, the A/C units may need a little cleaning to... More

We arrived after 5 days on the back of motor bikes touring the north and were so relieved to find a nice comfortable bed after sleeping on rocks, that's pretty well where the highlight ended. Don't get me wrong the rooms are great, we had a bigger room upstairs with fantastic bathroom & amenities . The biggest problem for us... More
