We arrived after 5 days on the back of motor bikes touring the north and were so relieved to find a nice comfortable bed after sleeping on rocks, that's pretty well where the highlight ended. Don't get me wrong the rooms are great, we had a bigger room upstairs with fantastic bathroom & amenities . The biggest problem for us... More

This hotel is conveniently located close to the Old Town and offers free bike hire. The staff are extremely helpful and pleasant, and the breakfast is simply amazing - probably the best hotel breakfast we've ever encountered! The first room we were shown to on the ground floor smelt damp and musty, and to the hotel's credit they quickly moved... More

Lovely small hotel in colonial style with beautiful gardens within easy walking distance of the town centre. The standard garden view room with balcony, although not particularly spacious, is nicely furnished and is adequate for two people. On arrival the bed and bathroom were decorated with petals which is a very welcoming touch. Coffee making facilities are provided in the... More

This hotel had the best breakfast we have had in our three visits to Hoi An. The rooms were clean and tidy, the décor a little miss matched but for the cost is what we expected. Unfortunately at our time of stay we have a demolition site right outside out bedroom so was very difficult to relax in our room.... More

We spent 5 nights at Ha An & we loved every minute of it. The staff were friendly & calm. This began with our relaxed check in! Our room was on the ground floor facing the garden & I'd recommend a garden room. The room was small & if we return we'll maybe upsize! It was nice having cocktails on... More

Fourth stay at this hotel and am happy to recommend as a great place to stay in Hoi An. Perfect central location, clean and mostly large rooms and very attentive staff. Mix up when I first arrived when I was put in a room which was not what I expected from previous visits. After discussing with manager they offer to... More

If you're looking for a romantic and peaceful , luxurious hotel to stay, this is the one. It's 5 minute cycling to the Old Town, free bike service. High light is breakfast, there's huge choice for both locals, Asian and Westerners. Everything here is lovely, highly recommend.

We stayed here based on Trip Advisor reviews and were not dissappointed. Location was perfect, easy to walk everywhere we wanted to. Restaurant was great and breakfast was outstanding. Great service. Clean and comfortable bedroom with so many extra touches. Loved the balcony to chill out with a drink at the start or end of the day. Was more expensive... More

A lovely hotel, though we were disappointed by the damp smell in the rooms. Our first room was was very musty smelling with damp patches on the walls - luckily the hotel were good and upgraded us to a better room, however our bags and clothes still smelt after leaving the hotel. The breakfast was great, the small touches were... More

I stayed at the Ha An Hotel twice in late January and early February 2015, initially for four nights, and a couple of days later for another two nights: The hotel has atmosphere and is truly charming. The U-shape setting around the garden is great , so is the classic somewhat colonial-style architecture. Having breakfast or dinner sitting in the... More
